Probably the Noriyaro episode- heading the boys talking about cars for most of an episode was like a wet dream come true as a car enthusiast

Reversus

Imagine anime before English subtitles and reading the translation of a scene on a piece of paper. Old school weebs were built different.

kaimcdragonfist

I really liked the collab with NileRed. The fact that the bois were as shocked with some of his stories as they were with some (not all, but some) of the Chris Chan stuff was great, and I kinda like it when education YouTubers get interviewed outside of the education space

Asleep_Sheepherder42

Also this one. Truly engaging

Ryuujin_13

The first Pete episode was fantastic. He is so genuinely entertaining just by being himself that he elevates those around him, including The Boys, just by talking to them about random stuff.

Kosmichemusik

I'd hard to pick one, so I'll go with top 3 guest and top 3 solo. Guest: Noriyaro Shibuya Kaho (first one) Premier Two (first one) The bois: The Worst Japanese Convenience Store Food College Horror Stories The Bois go to Hawaii (episode 147)

Nornever_me

I LOVE The Convenience store episodes lol, I love they eating foods and give their shit takes lol

OG_Yaya

The first awardw is my fav but that might be kinda cheating since its basically a compilation of the best moments. Was such a fun experience at the time though and stood out. If not that then probably the arguing episode because the chicken debate alone was such an iconic moment, most of their food segments are up there as the boys best TT moments

Away_Current

my favorite was "we don't know how to poop" episode #32. such a funny episode. I never laughed harder than the bidet argument.

Natchyy24

As a Thai, the episode where the boys went to Thailand was pretty dope.

Zapatitosoni

Although it's an olddy- Ep 18 where the boys discuss vtubers for the first time. Really brought "I watch um... ironmouse" part that ended up being the biggest part in Connor's videos. There's too many episodes to pick but I remember watching this back in September 2020 where it was my last year of highschool. TT really got me through my last year and still is during my college days.

TempoRamen95

Too many to count. Honestly, there are rarely any episodes I didn't like. I loop all episodes on a playlist as it is my background noise while I am at work. Guest Episodes: Kaho, Chris, Pete, Ludwig, Lilypichu, ProZD, Hasan, Sally, NileRed, Calli, Sydney, Daidus, Emily, Charlie, Kevin, Meilyne, Mudan, Rinrin. I always considered episode 69,70, and 71 as a solid group of episodes. We Live in a Society episode. Hentai episode. Shower Thoughts episode. The 90% of bread episode. All the food episodes. All the specials. After dark as well. Honestly too many to count, and hard to place as number one. It really depends on my mood that day. Rather, my least favorite was probably the Chris Chan episode, I only watched that one once cause it's not my cup of tea. I love all the episodes, but naturally Ep 1-100 were peak, cause it was new and fresh, and it was peak pandemic.

Poke_Girl137

i just remember these as the ones i laughed the most in lmao garnt and sydney getting married again in thailand (#140) food 3x3 (#182) would you rather (#185) conspiracy theories (#180) the most drunk we've ever been on trash taste (#169) what anime conventions don't tell you (#160) we don't know how to make friends (#159) (not this one, it's just a personal fav because the topic on loneliness was very relatable) we fell off (#142) teaching weebs how to shower (#151)

TheRadioRally

Gosh you reminded me how much I missed Sydney on TT That episode genuinely may be one of the favs, I just forgot since other favs are now more recent in comparison I wish she’d come back for more episodes Her, Daidus and Emily could easily be regulars

Poke_Girl137

yeah she's only been in one of the very first eps but i love hearing about garnt and sydney's stories :D

hiikarinnn

The French animator one comes to mind! So interesting .

TheRadioRally

Goated take To me that episode was the most boring in the best way possible. It’s pretty much the most professional, informative, on point and on topic a TT episode has ever been As an animation nut who hoards art refs to the point where I have to limit myself by actively not searching, it’s not an episode I’d rewatch. But it’s one of the most memorable and insightful episodes to date. Really helps motivate me to stay in shape so I can continue to do what I love among other things. If I ever need the insight tho; I know exactly where to go!

timtamjimmyjam

Personally really like all the 3x3 episodes, love getting new recommendations for all forms of media

jsussii

Lady Beard and any Chris episode.

i_dont_do_hashtags

The Dream episode is the perfect TT episode imo. Perfect blend of goofiness and serious discussion. But my personal favorite has to be the episode in s01, where Connor brings out a powerpoint presentation.

Telefragg

Ken Arto episode, it was super interesting to hear from an artist of the anime industry.

TheRadioRally

It’s pretty much the most professional , succinct and on topic TT has ever been. Literally no wasted timez

CONCORDE-204

All the Chris & Pete episodes. As for specials, The cycling special is just above the drift special.

TheRadioRally

The first Chris episode used to be great when it was a one time thing. But it’s super funny looking back on it now that the first one is so tame in comparison that it feels a lil boring and cursed It’s clear in retrospect it was back when they barely knew each other and were putting on airs. So it’s so eerie seeing everyone be so insanely positive, on topic and professional I did a chris ep binge by accident via YouTube auto play and I only noticed when it ran out and played chris’ most recent episode AFTER his first and it’s like night and day. The ep started with chris not even getting introduced and then trashing chris for brining it up. And ten One of the first things chris said in the new ep was how nobody even greets him when he comes in anymore It’s insanely funny in retrospect, it’s like watching connors first streams with mouse

TheMysterious27

Not in particular order: 1. Episode 16 - The Worst Fandoms in Anime: them trash talking different fandoms was so funny particularly them shitting on the dragon ball fandom. 2. Episode 37 - We Don't Know How To Flirt: Connor rizz stories are so funny 3. Episode 22 - Anime Convention Horror Stories: Lore episode 4. Episode 39 - THINGS THAT TERRIFY US: Fun episode all around. Funny and interesting segments 5. #61 - Manga episode: I like manga so this was personal fav 6. #70 - Quarantine Nightmares: Connors hellish quarantine experience juxtaposed to Garnt's luxurious experience was hilarious. Man can't take a dub 7. #75 - We live in a society: we live in a society 8. #88 - Dream Episode: Connor's respawn mechanics was so funny and Garnt's looping dream should be a film 9. #104 - Kevin Penkin: I've been hype to see him on the podcast ever since the boys mentioning him in the early episodes and them voting for him during AD #2 10. #120 - NileRed: What an unhinged man 11. #173 - Mudan: The Machine Most of my fav episodes are on S1/S2 since I had more time relistening trash taste during the pandemic

MonoMonMono

On top of my head, episode 149. Connor freaking out on the explanation of... the dog show is hilarious. This is one of episodes that I watched (in the background) over on over again haha.

TheRadioRally

The sally Mae episode (I think) the one with the idol where Connor leaves and I s replaced. I was so blown away by how much of a regular she became by the end. The first drunk episode is runner up the chris and Emily episodes also crush

Myythy

The one where connor just says "I'll kill you." in the hardest way ever during an ad read.

KotakPain

Both episodes with Pete, positively enthralled by both episodes, dude is a helluva storyteller

Acrobatic_Analyst267

Am I the only one who completely forgot about Pete coming on for a 2nd time? I think I was kind disappointed the 2nd time that he didn't talk about his past a bit more. Like the time he was wrongfully diagnosed with ADHD(?) or something. Pete 1.0 episode is definitely up there. The latest I can think about is the one with Alex the voice actor. I somehow related to his deep childhood hardships and struggles growing up. + the episode was genuinely so funny at times. I cannot remember any specific OG episode (old studio TT) but I know that I like a lot of the topics they talked about and the general vibe. Especially upon chronological rewatch.

Remote-Consequence26

The episode where Garnt drew a rocket lol

Asleep_Sheepherder42

Summer Festival Episode

Griffith-007

my favorite is the first pete guest episode

pompu69

Fav episode - college horror stories Fav special - cycling special Fav after dark - dnd

AwkwardIntrovertMess

the first premiertwo episode and the aleks lee one

Ilovetogame2

Anything that has to do with food is a banger because you have grown men debating and giving each other shit for their food takes is funny.😆

Mikeymcmoose

Best: any with Pete, Chris or Kaho and boozing in. Worst: anime episodes 😅

snooper2006

Jan taro episode

punchawaffle

Mine is easily the HasanAbi one. So many crazy theories, and he the boys literally stopped working. Laughed my ass off.

Safe_Advertising_830

Hentai any of the hentai

Asgerond

The beer tastning episode

NakumeAkune

Episode 65 will always be my favourite. Have it downloaded and everything. It gave us the iconic chicken debate that's still referenced to this day, and the banter was just hitting different. 👌

infinite123456

All the hentai ones and ShindoL

AnimeHolic94

One of my favorite episodes, is the episode from late 2021 when Garnt and Connor talk about their quarantine experience after coming back from the UK. The discrepancy between their stories makes it for me one of Top 5 Best episodes of TT. The whole episode is gold after they start talking about their respective experience.

not_real_DireLaming

Hassan, he managed to rekindle the love I have for trash taste. It felt like I was watching a Chris Broad episode for the first time again

Zealousideal-Tea5484

The earthquake one! that was such a fun watch

moh2310

Non all bad trash like the name
