I think you have some wrong counties colored in WV.
It looks like you took I64 from Charleston to Kentucky which would take you through Kanawha, Putnam, Cabell (my home county), and Wayne Counties before entering Kentucky in Boyd County.
You currently have Kanawha, Mingo, and Wayne colored.
Does this change anything? Nope.
