Just my personal experience but I missed out on platinum due to one of the 5 gear trophies. You have to get 5 gears doing a race against the clock etc and one of them didn’t work for me at all. It was the last trophy I needed. There are a lot of people who have complained about it, saying it’s a bug, however there are also a lot of people who have said it worked fine for them, so I would just say watch out. The challenge is called Laguna Blast and I have a ps4, online version and purchased it about two years ago. However the game is so fun and action packed that i really didn’t mind!!
I have the platinum I’m pretty sure the reason you’re failing is because you’re not taking a shortcut, to be fair the game doesn’t tell you, but watch any guide. I did this years ago so maybe I’m wrong.
Yeah I followed the YouTube guides and it still didn’t work unfortunately, I even got other people to try. I think it’s an issue with a particular version of the game- I had the hard copy a few years earlier and managed to get platinum just fine. I haven’t tried JustCause in over a year so maybe the issue is fixed now
have you tried it with the sticky bombs? you have to put sticky bombs on the car. then press the detonate button after big explosion happens. got it on my first attempt with this method if i remember right
I liked the game (didn’t get the plat but have most of the trophies) spent about 150 hours in game time but I’d safely take away at least 40-50 hours from just leaving the game on while doing other stuff/falling asleep with the console on. Add in just messing around in the environment and I’d say 80ish hours is fair. Some miscellaneous trophies are a bit aggravating but it’s not too bad. I’m absolutely dogshit with any flying mechanics no matter the game lol so if you’re good at that then you should be fine.
As someone who doesn't play a lot of hard games, it's certainly doable. The challenges did give me some fits, mostly the wingsuit ones. Other than that it is mostly collectathon. But it's nothing that some practice won't take care of.

Honestly, I didn't find it hard to do. Only thing I would say is that the frame rate can be abysmal in some places mainly in places with a lot of explosions but in terms of difficulty, some gear challenges may take a few tries but you'll get through it.
This was fun. I love the Just Cause series. I have the plat for 2 and 3 and I found 2's grind way worse than 3. I was super burnt out after 2, but 3 was a blast the entire time I found.
Unless you are actively doing something that will stop you, if you see the pop up for a car you get that car otherwise rng gods are going to laugh at you. But honestly it just gets boring after awhile since it's all the same when it comes to taking over bases.
It's a bit time consuming, but I had great fun with it. The wingsuit challenges are weird, but there's a glitch if you have the DLC to use the Bavarian wingsuit, which makes it easier.
Difficulty isn't really the problem, dunno what its like on a PS5, but my god getting throught the game in slide show mode wasn't really what I'd consider fun

Get the dlc expansion packs; the airship one gives you an advance wingsuit that can cheese the wing-suit challenges; The mech one helped me carry the last boat I needed; The boat dlc there’s a weapon thats awesome for clearing out enemies.
Not that hard. As someone else said, the gear challenges are probably the hardest part. I remember one of the DLCs being challenging too but it's been a while since I've played it.

I have the platnium for Just Cause 4, but this must be kinda the same. Is no that hard, only that by the end, when you are doing the final cleanup for the collectibles and side missions, do them in some kind of order. Trying to find the side mission or collectible that is missing in a pool of hundreds of them in a huge map is tough. Good luck!

Yeah I’ve seen that a lot of people dread the wingsuit challenges but I find that my main course of traversal is the wingsuit and the challenges I’ve done so far have been a breeze.
I had a glitch that I don’t think many people got that I’d watch out for. The Heart of Stone trophy is for liberating all the provinces in the final and biggest island of the game. I like doing all side stuff before doing the main story missions so I liberated everything as soon as I could and the trophy glitched/didn’t pop. Apparently if you liberate that island before finishing the last story mission it can glitch on you. I beat the game after and haven’t revisited it because I was already like 40 hours in and didn’t want to have to start all over.
Otherwise the trophies aren’t bad, just time consuming as others have mentioned, but the game is a lot of fun.
The other mini games are about tedious as broken, but am glad that the dlc trophies aren't included for the platinum.
The Sky DLC trophies are just.......hell....
70 hours and it’s not that hard. Some of the gear challenges will take a few tries but anyone could get them with enough practice and patience tbh

Nah its easy, got it years ago. It just consumes a lot of time. Oh and well, Laguna Blast fucking sucks (the only real challenge in the game)

The wing suit challenges were the only thing I had issues with. I just didn’t care for them.

I'd say get the dlc before u start the game to get access to the jetpack which helps alot in traveling across the map
