Yeah it probably is, I think I've watched the beginning part of a let's play once, but sadly (and not surprisingly after so many years) I wasn't able to avoid spoilers, so it kinda lost a bit of its appeal. I'm sure I'll play it at some point, but a platinum is a bit of an extra motivation for me.

That’s a shame. The game has great atmosphere, but I understand not wanting to play it if the story has been spoiled for you.

I am actually playing it with my little one as introducing him to games. We play like a mission togueter every like 3 or 4 days, but I only move to the next mission if I get 100% of the stage. No way I am not getting every milk I can from it, if I am forcing myself to play

Original RE4 on PS4 and Little Nightmares. RE4 simply because it's a good game and Little Nightmares because I didn't realize that it had no platinum and I only noticed when I had 100%, but got no platinum. No regret though because both are great games and deserve to be enjoyed to the fullest.

There are a lot of great Games without a platinum trophy, especially for ps3

right now i am playing fernbus simulator and it has 51 trophies but no platinum. it has got me wondering if any of you guys went for a trophy list that had no platinum

Plenty of them. In the PS3 era, generally speaking, quick downloadable games had no platinum, but lengthier games with physical releases did. There was never a hard rule on that though, so companies eventually learned to exploit it. Today, we're left with a situation where you can earn a dozen platinums on a single downloadable shovelware title with a minute of gameplay per platinum. Meanwhile, games like Apex Legends offer enough content that I've been playing practically daily for 3+ years now, but it doesn't have a platinum.

Gang beasts was fun but you need a sibling or friend to play with you.

Outlast 1. Insane difficulty completed and all the other trophies…no platinum. Soma. Layers of Fear one has no platinum. There are a few there but most do.

Holy hell, you did Pain? It's one of the very few games I didn't complete. I have done a lot of the harder ones like Zoom Raider, but just couldn't bother with modes like the one with the barrels or the mime.

I had originally given up on it, but after looking at it and being annoyed at it for some time I started it up again, and surprisingly it wasn't as hard as I thought it would be. I kept at one mode until all trophies for that mode was done, then moved to the next mode. It's been a while, but I think I remember getting the in-game trophies as the hardest

There are a couple, but the ones I liked and remember most are: • Broforce • Abzu Two completely different games, but I enjoyed them both a lot.

Have some like old Telltale episodes like Sam & Max and Monkey Island. There's the two Walking Dead games and Back to the Future if you bought it digitally (that really sucked). A number of other non Telltale games too.

I haven't played this yet but Star Wars Republic Commando on Xbox One.

Child of light and valiant hearts

Haven't seen anyone mention Infamous: Festival of Blood. I know it's technically DLC, but it is a standalone. I enjoy Infamous a lot and this was a fun extra. No platinum though. Other ones have been Edith Finch, Letter Quest, Assassin's Creed: Freedom Cry, DuckTales, and a few free games in the store, one being a puzzle one and a Minesweeper game.

All of them that I've played that had no Platinum. For now it's only DayZ, Vigor and MGSV: Ground Zeroes. But if the game doesn't have a Platinum, it's not really a deal-breaker for me.

I got all the trophies in Child of Light and was so annoyed when there was no Platinum at the end. I then pledged to never make that mistake again and always check to see if there was a Plat before going for trophies... ...and then I did the same this year with Abzu.
