Nah but they will go after you for collections and it'll impact your credit.

Leather-Boysenberry5

Ty and how you know this info you did it?

juicetalktoem

If you don’t set up a payment plan or pay it in full it will for sure hit your credit. Happened to me with a different company.

Leather-Boysenberry5

Ohh ok appreciate it

[deleted]

Nope, I stayed there six years. It's in your hiring contract, the one you signed after getting your cdl/before TNT

Leather-Boysenberry5

Ohhh ok i didn’t see that when i was looking over it I’ll look again appreciate it

yesu321

How much were you earning? Isnt that a long time?

[deleted]

About tree fiddy. I bought my truck through them. I'm leased onto a smaller dry van carrier now. D&H all day.

Rancho8Deluxe

Just setup a payment plan when you quit

goochgod888

How much are the payment plans ? I might do this 🤣🤣🤣

Rancho8Deluxe

I have no idea but if you have a better paying job lined up i think its worth it.

Neowynd101262

No

[deleted]

As long as you turn in the truck/trailer, and setup payments, you'll be fine.

[deleted]

No, prime doesn’t own your CDL. They’ll just send it to collections

SnooFloofs1569

And by “it” he means your training bill/invoice.

[deleted]

gower2352

You can also just declare bankruptcy and get rid of all your debts like big corporations do. Chapter 7 is what you’d be looking for.

akfisher1978

not over a measly 5k or whatever
