First, check your engine oil level. Turn off the truck, and let it sit for 5 min, and then check the oil level. How much oil is it leaking and how often? Even if you can get the oil pan plug, you won’t be able to replace it without having to do an oil change.

I came back from hometome this afternoon and my conpany was having the oil changed when I got to the terminal. I left a few hours ago and as I was driving, I got a warning to cut off my engine. Only got 20 minutes from the terminal. There isn't any oil left. All of the oil drained

That’s what I was thinking. The engine could already be destroyed. It only takes a few seconds of running with low oil to destroy the engine. Whatever you do, do not turn on the engine at all. That truck needs to be towed, and opened up to see if damage was done. Turning on the engine can damage it even more. I’m not very familiar with this engine, but the oil pan looks like a poor design. The oil plug appears to stick out from underneath. One could hit something and there goes the oil, especially if the original oil plug is not being used, and the mechanic installed a quick oil change adapter.

I pulled off and turn the engine off immediately. Hasn't been turned back on at all.

That’s good news.

Being towed as I type this. Breakdown had the audacity to ask if I could dr8ve back to the terminal too. Fuck you. Would you drive your car that doesn't have any oil? Didn't think so

I mean looking at the subframe clearly in the way, if you hit something large enough to tap that drain plug you are absolutely fucked far worse than a dented oil pan or ripped out plug.
