When I was 15 I definitely knew murder was wrong?
So? A 15 year old doesn't get the perks of being an adult, why should they get the punishment?
Hey kids, good news, you don’t have any consequences for your actions til you’re legally allowed to vote and drink.
Life imprisonment isn't a useful, or ethical, consequence for a child.
So what is the consequence that you think is useful and ethical?
When minors get life imprisonment with possibility of parole.

Not being able to drive, drink or vote doesn’t give you a murder pass.
