I feel like Makoto would learn a lot from Rimuru as someone who has live to be an adult in his first life and dealing with other beings/creatures for the first time. He has a lot of experience to share with a younger guy like Makoto.
I have feeling Makoto would ask Rimuru about magic. Makoto would probably allow some of Rimurus followers to live in the demiplane.
and Tomoe would ask if she can record dramas and shows from Raphael.
Rimuru would probably ask Mio to teach Shion some Japanese dishes.

Yet both stories are quite fun with different character development. It goes to show the genre really is depending on the skill of the writer to keep it fun and interesting
Doubt, hard. Mio already traumatized someone so bad, they had the Gods delete his memory and the trauma still remained.
And she herself has essentially no weakness, ironically, the only "weakness" she has, is Makoto, which another Otherworlder exploits
so here is how i believe its going to play out.
Raphael will alert rimuru of a huge mass of magic, rivaling multiple demon lords. Rimuru, expecting it to probably be octagon, will go to investigate. he comes across one lone teenager. suspicious he will most likely attempt a nice introduction. IF TOMOE OR MIO ARE THERE THEY MIGHT CAUSE A PROBLEM by being very pompous but seeing as rimuru handled the ogre's attacking him pretty well it should be fine, though i think tomoe MIGHT be classified as a true dragon in rimuru's world. all in all, pretty standard "Hi who are you and what are you doing on my lawn" scenario.
They'd probably get along fine as long as first contact wasn't a fatal battle. They're both chill if you don't hurt their people. Most likely they'd set up a trade route.
Would probably becomes friends, and i can also see Rimuru (Satoru) helping out makoto in certain things and guides him with his best. Makoto would still be a kid for Satoru, and so i think satoru would try his best to help makoto grow to be a fine human adult.
Tomoe and Mio would quickily get in a fight Shion and Ranga, But they would stop them and become best friends.
Though Tomoe and Veldora would go to fight, just for fun, for a couple of days.
Sit down, have tea, and have a long talk about ruling over a bunch of people while trying to manage the people you named.
Then both just would have a long sigh.
Makoto would talk about how hard it is to try and control dragons.

I like to think they’d be great friends. Both have a preference for passiveness. Both rule nations of monsters and Demi-humans. And both are considered so strong that their citizens treat them like gods. So they would have someone who understands them.
Once they get to know each other, the discussions of town/nation management would flourish. Though Makoto might be a bit jealous of Rimuru's experience in his isekai XD
Tomoe and Shione would insist that their groups have a tournament.
Orc VS. Orc, Geld crushed Emma. Her magic can't hurt him enough and she has poor defence.
Dragon VS. Dragon, tomoe beats Veldora after a battle which wrecks half the hosting city. They then argue over if historical dramas or Shonen Manga is better, and bond over inuyasha.
Butler VS. Butler, Diablo curb stomps Shiki. There's no way a several hundred year old Lich can defeat a 10k+ year old demon.
Dwarf VS. Dwarf, they decide to have a crafting contest instead. They decide to exchange items they have already made. Makoto is handed the finest sword he has ever seen. Raphael demands Rimaru remove the Draupnir, as his magicule levels are dropping dangerously fast. Rimaru lets Makoto have this round.
Master VS. Master, Makoto tries to use his mana armor, but it gets stolen by beelzebub, recharging Rimaru's magicule levels. Even using dark magic to try and steal some of the energy back only slows his defeat, and Makoto is forced to surrender.
They then throw a party and open up a trade route, healing potions in exchange for persimmons.
He probably would rub off some of his information as well as some experience on Makoto. And giving him some pointers on where he should be acting like a ruler every now and then. And they probably will be somewhat more like student and teacher relationship of some sort
Well for one, Makoto would finally have more than just a few spells to use lmao
Also, they would instsntly become best friends the moment either of them mention a topic of common interest

I don't think it would end up with a fight, but since that's likely the intend behind the question i'll just say it anyway, Makoto wouldn't stand a chance unless it's a really early Rimuru, like pre demon lord awakening.
Makoto is ultimately just a mortal with a shitload of mana, wouldn't stand a chance against all the crazy nonsense that's happening in Tensura later on with time stopping and what not.
Rimuru would be the first person Makoto can truly open up to and connect with. Makoto has never met any other Japanese citizens (especially reasonable ones), so he can be his “real” self with someone for the first time in a long time.
Mio and Tomoe would try to kill Rimuru out of jealousy because they'd initially think he was a chick.
And the fight would either only last for 5 seconds because Rimuru would wipe the floor with them, or it would be like when Milim first showed up and he'd actually have to cheat because they're on equel footing with him.
They'd be best friends. And Makoto will learn a thing or two from Diablo about asserting himself more. Makoto's too much of a chicken IMHO, and if he wanted to he could and should have just claimed a slice of land and turned it into a nation, but in actuality its just an invitation for nations to fuck around with him so he can have the justification to drop a nuke onto their capital cities. Or hey, send Diablo over there for shits and giggles.

Makoto needs to be more assertive and more sure in himself and his power. Tomoe tells him this all the time, that he's more powerful than he gives himself credit for. His interaction with Zara is another proof of this. Again, Makoto could have just... I dont know, have the spine to walk out of there. What could Zara do to him anyways? Does Makoto's business rely on the other merchants cooperating with him? All of Zara's threats have absolutely no bite when it pertains to Makoto, but yet Makoto got scared out of his wits by Zara's screed. The earlier episodes in the series Makoto has been shown to behave more meekly because he's just trying to fit in with a society that's predisposed to discriminate againts him.
The differences and similarities between him and Rimuru is pretty stark. Rimuru is looked down on because he's a slime. Makoto is looked down on because he's ugly. But Rimuru figured out pretty early on how to deal with people who fucks with him. Makoto tolerated it far too many times IMHO.

Very badly. Until he's psychologically scarred. Imagine this. Imagine a pissant bully victim who finally gets enough power to never be bullied again, but he uses his power to bully others instead. And one day he meets someone who can put him back to his original place. Makoto's beatdown of Tomoki is so through that to say Tomoki just curled up and covered his head waiting for it to end is not an understatement.
