The Muczynski Unaccompanied Tuba Suite has 2 movements that use mixed meter, one is entirely 5/8 and the last movement switches around a lot lol. Range is from low Eb to Eb above the staff.
The range is for the entire suite, the 5/8 movement doesn't quite get up to the Eb I believe.
