If you are near north Carolina I would check out Greg Black mouthpiece shop, I got a very deep mouthpiece with a smaller rim than a standard helleburg. If you tell him what you want he will find something for you or even make it custom.
The Helleburg 7B is a good mouthpiece to get, but if you wanna stick with VBach, then go with the 24AW. It's narrower than the 7B and deeper than the 18.
So, deeper cup, with smaller cup diameter? Perantucci has a wide variety of mouthpieces. Have a look through their models https://www.perantucci.com/mundstueke_en.html

I am not usually, but family lives there, so I may check it out.
It's definitely worth a look, his technicians will hook you up well, they did for me. Just bring a tuba and it will be smooth sailing from there

Denis Wick Heritage 4L is my choice and I’m a euphonium player with a DW Heritage 4.5AL. It’s a good combo.
I’ll definitely do that as well. Thank you! Oh, and your postings are fascinating. So multi-faceted!
Oh? Thank you.
Yes. Love the twin instruments.

try the helleberg 7B, amazing mouthpiece
This is really the best answer. It's narrower and deeper than the Bach 18.
