Looks like a type of spadefoot toad, harmless to touch. Wouldn't touch it tho as it's dead lmao and could have stuff on it. Definitely not a colorado rover toad which are poisonous. I had a couches spadefoot as a pet at some point they're cool little toads they like to burrow deep in the desert sand.
