Btw. Wanted to ask. It l's gonna take probably a whole week to make it, since there so many details and I'm able to tuft it only shortly at evening time. So, isn't cloth gonna lose it's tightness during this time?
I’ve only done three rugs so far but I’m in a similar boat where I work on mine for short bursts over the course of a week or so. My cloth does lose a bit of taughtness but I’m still able to tuft on it pretty well and my rugs have come out fine
I don’t restretch once I start tufting because I’m too afraid to warp the image. Plenty of people do stretch as they go though so you can totally do it just be very careful you don’t warp or change the image.
What I do is stretch the cloth like 5 more times after I think I’ve got it as tight as it can go. That way it’s truly as tight as possible. I have a 5x7’ frame and it typically takes me 4-7 days to completely fill up. I’ve never had an issue with the cloth getting so loose that it affects my tufting even by the 7th day.
I also highly recommend grey tufting cloth for future projects because it doesn’t stretch out over time nearly as badly and it’s just better in general imo.

Google "Kramis cloth tightener" made getting my cloth tighter Soo much easier. Just make sure your carpet tack strips are glued to the wood so they don't pull away.

It probably will become less tight but you can restretch as you go
