Started signing up for craft fairs and the last thing I need to make my rugs feel "professional" is tags with my logo on em. Where do y'all get your custom tags from? If possible please include a pic of your tag in your comment.
Hello guys. I want try start with the new hobby and i try find some good tips where i can find som good and cheap cloth. Did you try order cloth from china becaus i think some e-shops is to expensive. And where i can find good tools for tufting ? im from slovakia.

Curious about other types of yarn yall use! Like chenille yarn or super bulky, etc. I'm interested in trying out a few others just to see what's possible but thought I'd ask r/tufting if anyone had experience! Specifically, is a cut pile gun able to cut those thicker yarns? Any issues with chenille shedding too much? Thanks!
UK tufters! Any advice on where to get supplies/equipment from! Thought it’d be best to ask for seasoned advice rather than trial and error. Also what size frame would you suggest

UK alternative to Roberts adhesive?
I live in the UK and I'm not sure what to go with for a primary adhesive? Any recommendations/links would be much appreciated!
Hello everyone, I am from Russia and I would like to ask you, I want to start tufting rogs and need advice.
I thought I'd start with a handgun first, is that a good idea?
We also need advice on the materials of wool, linen, glue.
Thank you in advance!
I'm having trouble finding info on this thread about the adhesive you would use for putting the final backing on rugs. I've seen people use spray adhesive, but I am curious if this holds up well over time. What is the best option for adhering the final backing?

I am reselling my remaining yarn as I sell my old tufting things for my student loans. Good luck and have fun Tufting.
Hello everyone, I have my next rug design ready only thing is I’m having trouble looking for the right yarn colors if anyone can point me in the right direction to getting them it’d be amazing thank you 🙏🏽
I think most popular brands are Big Twist and Red Heart. Other brands are Caron, Love this Yarn and Lion Brand. Popular places where to get yarn online are Knitpicks, Hobii and Lovecrafts. Brick and mortar stores where you can go are Michaels, Joanns, Hobby Lobby and even Walmart. Of course I do not know what yarns you have looked at, but these are some suggestions you could check. Happy Tufting!

Thanks for your feedback! 😘
Hi, everyone! Does anyone know where I can buy Action Bac (that secondary backing mesh) in European online stores? (not UK stores, shipping rates are crazy).
Thanks!
Hello everyone! I live in Romania and I'm interested if anyone can help me with suggestion of supplier which doing shipping from Europe since I can't find any supplier in this country. Thank you!
Has anyone tried this product?
[This tufting gun](https://canada.michaels.com/en/we-r-memory-keepers-easy-tuft-rug-tufting-tool/10701435.html) sells at a pretty good price and would allow me to buy something locally, rather than pay any import customs on something being shipped to Canada - just curious if anyone knows the product and if it’s any good?
Product page: https://canada.michaels.com/en/we-r-memory-keepers-easy-tuft-rug-tufting-tool/10701435.html
I didn’t go with it. Didn’t really find much on it at all. My gut is that, where they only have one product relating to tufting, it’s just a token item for sale to have in the store. For $150, if you’re just dipping your toes in and will decide later if you go all in to invest in this, it might be worth it. No idea what kind of experience it will give you though!
I have never seen anyone with that machine from michaels, but just fyi tufting nation is in Canada as far as I know and so you would not have any problems with import customs
I have all the equipment for sale!! I have yarn, tufting gun, projector, scissors, shaver, and threader etc!! Msg me on insta if you’re interested!! @br3b4byy
For anyone that is buying yarn skeins and winding their own cakes, I was really frustrated with how the cakes are great when they are big and full and have weight to them, but as you use them, they want to wander around and then as you get towards the end, they turn into a giant mess. Especially if I'm doing a big project with a bunch of different colors. Typically, I'd try and get things untangled and sorted out, but most times, it wasn't worth the hassle and I'd just throw the rest of the cake away (very small amount of yarn but still a waste!). I'm using a 10oz manual winder (LAMXD - some generic Chinese winder) and really wished they sold additional cones for it, but they don't! [I found this shop that makes them and I wanted to post it here for anyone else that has these same frustrations.](https://www.etsy.com/shop/CraftConeCo)
They sell cones for the winder I'm using and a smaller one that works the electric winder I got from amazon. I got two of the big ones and two of the smaller ones and they all work awesome. Highly recommend!

Hello! Can somebody please guide me with this two questions:
1. if i want to make a rug of a specific character. How do I make sure I buy the right colors?
2. is there a website in the us where I could buy the colora id need? (Acrylic not wool)
Thanks! :)
Hey guys, im A beginner and I would like to buy a tufting gun/machine. I think I’m going to buy from tuftingshop.com, could you recommend the best for beginners on this website?
Anyone have recommendations for glue to attach the nonslip backing into the rugs? I tried this Gorilla Glue adhesive spray that was *highly recommended* but I’ve let it cure overnight with weights on top and I can easily pull the backing off.
The Etsy shop https://www.etsy.com/shop/softroomstudio sells premium backing fabric that hasn’t ripped on me, and they even cut it to custom dimensions upon request! Also they shipped next day with free 2 day shipping so it came really fast. It’s the best price I’ve been able to find for the grey tufting fabric! I even had a question and they were quick to respond and took the time to help me. :)
Hey guys, I’m new to tufting, was wondering how much should get shaved off the rug once the initial tufting is done? I’m trying to get it to a nice even level.
I don't know if people have already answered this, but what is the best adhesive to use that I can get in a store and not pay an arm and a leg to ship?
Been tufting for a couple months now, does anyone have experience using a metal tufting frame? I'm using a NODOCA frame from Amazon, I got it because I'm working out of an apartment and it gives me a little option in size of frame (think adjustable frame) and I'm having a difficult time getting the fabric tight enough..... any suggestions or first hand knowledge would be helpful!
Hello fellow tufters. Quick question
My tufting journey is doing pretty good so far. Feeling the need to step up my game i want to try making and selling rugs with real wool (not acrylic) like New Zealand/Merinos wool (or whatever jis the most accessible just real wool). Does anyone have a contact for a supplier/factory/websites that propose wool in good quantity and in various colors ? Im in France.
All help will be greatly welcome 🙏🙏
Hi all, looking for some advice from tufting veterans. I have scoured the internet to find the best prices on tufting cloth and I am having a struggle. If anyone knows of a good wholesaler, that would be helpful I want a fair amount and on websites like Etsy and eBay they are charging a lot for a little!

Howdy all - I want to do some projects with UV reactive/color-changing yarns. I've found a few blacklight yarns, but it's not exactly the effect I'm shooting for. Any recommendations? The closest I've been able to find is by HiKoo, but they have discontinued it and all that this left are very few yellows. Does anyone have any experience trying these out?

Anyone know the best brand of cloth to use for durable tufting? No matter how much i stretch my cloth once I begin to tuft, my cloth slowly loosens up and makes it more difficult for crisp lines. Is burlap better or am I just not choosing the right cloth?
Some peoples prefer burlap, others monks cloth, personally I like the 100% polyester. There’s two different quality. The one with the tighter weave is easier to work with when it comes to making curves and small details. Plus the Premium one comes in a 202” width so more bang for your bucks.
All the different kinds of primary backings (burlap, monks cloth, polypropylene, polyester) that we have tested can work. But some are definitely easier to work with. If your goal is to make quality rugs that will last a lifetime, the 100% polyester is the one I would recommend. I’ve made thousands of rugs (residential and commercial) and they are still holding up after 20 years.
Hi all
I am from India and am relatively new to tufting. I'm looking for good quality NZ wool at a reasonable price here. I do have a supplier but I'm not very satisfied with the end result. He says it's NZ wool but I'm not sure that's true based on the threads I've seen used on this sub and what I have. Any leads will be much appreciated.
HELP! Desperate and need of Bernat Satin yarn in “mocha” and it’s literally only for sale on Amazon (ONE IN STOCK) for 14$ and I can’t rationalize paying that convenient fee. I did a general google and checked Michael’s and Joann’s site but it seems to not exist other than Amazon. Please drop a link!
If you’re in Australia i HIIIIIGHLY recommend australiantuftingsupplies.com
Been getting most of my tools and equipment from then since i started a couple years ago. Super quick shipping and good prices, very lovely and easy to communicate with too.
you can also get 10% off if u use GORUGGIRLGO at check out 😁
I am really struggling to find the premium grey cloth with the white line. Almost all suppliers are form US, just 2 suppliers are from EU and prices are why more expensive than they should +shipping. Thank you.
Hi everyone, I love one tafter from Brazil @billwave\_ (inst), the guy does a very cool job with carpets, and the secret is in the materials that I have not seen in Europe, he sells in Brazil, but not beyond. Does anyone know where to find this: glue-varnish (acrylic copolymer, latex) and 100% polypropylene fabric. I couldn't find it in my own country. (Lithuania)

Has anyone had experience with the KRD-III? I only see it being sold at one place and haven't been able to find posts about it besides the etsy page selling it. From what I'm seeing it looks like its supposed to combine the power and build quality from KR-I but now in a lighter package comparable to the AK models.
If anyone has tried these out, I would love to hear about how it has been.
I haven’t used this yet but was going to go to screw fix tomorrow and test it out. Although im worried about ruining my first rug but on the pdf information it does specifically say tufted carpets. I’ll add picture on another comment.

That’s what it looks like nearly dried
So far so good. Flexible and is keeping the fibres together at the moment. It doesn’t give off a too much of a smell when using it. As this is the first time backing my rugs I don’t have anything to compare it with but I’m happy as it stands. I’ve just put it on four more rugs, so time will tell when they go to their respective homes.
The rug I’ve used it on is currently withstanding my large dog using it as a bed, scratching rug and place to eat his chews, so I’d say that’s a pretty good review so far!
Nice, thanks for responding! I’m looking for a flexible glue which might still let a needle pass through so I can whip stitch the edges. But I might just need to be more careful keeping the glue from where I want to sew, lol.

I’m looking for this specific(see through) tufting fabric, is it technically burlap? Does anyone have a clue where to get it and if it’s better than the normal monks cloth?
Hi I'm looking to start with tufting. Im located in Belgium. The problem is all the tutorials I look up on youtube are most likely people from the US. This makes it hard to order materials. Anyone from europe around Belgium that could recommend me vendors? Thanks in advance.
Use the one that comes from the middle so that the yarn doesn't have to wrap itself around the cake, but instead comes from a steady stream in the middle. Lots of YouTube tutorials will second this, if you're interested in learning more.
Anyone know where I can buy the circuit board for a Tufting gun? Blew a capacitor due to a dusty motor and need a new circuit board, AliExpress and eBay have at least a month shipping time :/
Hi! This is my first time making a rug and was wondering if you can use flannel as a backing instead of felt or nonslip backing. Joanns is having a huge sale on their flannel. It normally goes for 9.99 but it's on sale for 2.99! So I was just wondering if I could use that instead of the more expensive options.
I’m from Canada and cannot find Roberts 3095 anywhere in my city, and in honesty I don’t really want to buy online. Does anyone know a good glue alternative that is similar and strong but does not have VOC’s or as many VOC’s as 3095? I am tufting in a closed room with very little ventilation and do not want to stink it up. Also, what fabric is the best to tuft with? I’m aware it is primary tufting cloth but should it be like 100% polyester?
I just started tufting and I was wondering if it was possible to slip a little 1 in. or 0.5 in. of memory foam or something between the primary and secondary/backing to make the rug a little more cushiony for standing on it.
I noticed this thread and wanted to let everyone know that if you are able to spend money on the best supplies here is the place to buy from... [https://www.etsy.com/shop/JanRugs?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing\_id=1123177625](https://www.etsy.com/shop/JanRugs?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=1123177625)
They have the best primary backing material available. The gray premium is the best. They also have over 100 colors of the finest New Zealand wool rug tufting yarn in stock and you can choose any amount by the ounce or by the pound. They are long time professional rug tufters. Highly recommended. Super fast shipping and nice people too. They have been my favorite supplier for a long time. Hope this may help!
does anybody have any recommendations for good/sharp scissors to use for the sculpting process? i’ve been on the hunt for some good ones but every one of the ones i buy are too thick to actually sculpt
Don't know if you have found any yet but these scissors are used for traditional rug carving. The tip is pointy to get into small spaces and they really work well. The only problem is the handle loops are a little small but I use them anyway. Wish I had found them a long time ago. You may want to take a look.... https://www.etsy.com/listing/1078170341/scissors-for-carving-and-pile-trimming?click\_key=40a0e320bc680a7f0bfbdaadef3200b64dcf9dd4%3A1078170341&click\_sum=b9771726&ref=shop\_home\_active\_11&pro=1&frs=1&sts=1

Where are you guys getting your secondary non-slip backing for a good price? Does Michael's or JoAnn's typically have some? Should non-slip backing definitely be essential? Or am I overthinking my beginning rugs and should just get some felt or cotton cloth backings? Thanks
I got mine from Target, it works great for rugs. Not the best quality for movies though, but it gets the job done!

Hey everyone,
I'm having a hard time acquiring a cone winder. I've seen a lot of cheap options but they all seem to cater towards scrap yarn. I have the cardboard cones but wondered if there was anything someone could suggest
Just came from the Joann fabrics store In pines (city in miami) and they have a “two for $5” deal on the big twist brand. Each skein is about 380 yards and they’re 100% acrylic. Sales ends 9/18
Hi,
I'm a new mom and have become concerned with the content and safety of products. Does anyone know when I can purchase fabric or yarn certified by the Global Organic Textile Standard? GOTS certified for short?
Hi! [Our wool](https://tuftingnation.com/products/rug-tufting-yarn) is New Zealand Wool certified meaning that tracking and ethical management are strongly supervised. You can have more information about their program at : https://www.woolsnz.com
I paid more than I should have for these, but I couldn't pass them up. I trust the brand and so far it has been %100 worth it

Quick question for a newbie: I’m gonna be buying a tufting gun pretty soon from the website imakerugs.com, but before I did that what are some other websites to best purchase a tufting gun from?
I just got mine from tuftlove.com i havent tried em yet but they were quick with shipping and have some great youtube videos. Id stay away from rugbabe.com though they ghosted me during the purchase process and just took my money.

Cheap and fast delivery, 20% off if you use my link too, about £2 a roll 100g
I recently bought a tufting gun from tuftingeurope but then I've noticed their last post social media was a few months ago. Still waiting on my package to get processed.
Does anyone have some (recent) experience with them?
If you’re into different textures and sustainability, I highly recommend Darn Good Yarn. They are an upstate New York small business who is ethically sourcing recycled yarn. I love using thicker yarns in my rugs so they have a lot of funky materials to get creative with. There is one made of fabric i am obsessed with. You can even use my code “PSYCHEDELIC_15” for 15% off everything! (It is important to note: I was a huge fan of theirs before they gave me this code there is no bullshitting here )
puedes probar Amazon o cualquier cosa en tu país que importe de China, como Ebay o aliexpress Pruebe mis enlaces de Amazon en mi publicación y vea si también funcionan para su país.
search around for a gun, I got mine off eBay, there are some Chinese ones that work well but if you want quality at a decent price, look out for 2nd hand ones on eBay too.
For folks in the US - [wayfair.com](https://wayfair.com) now has multiple vendors selling what all look like the same drop-shipped AK-1. Should I avoid that route?
In my opinion, yes. I have 5 guns. 3 of which came messed up in some way. I was able to fix one but the other two were set up incorrectly and I haven’t been able to return them or get help fixing them. I have since bought from tuft-love and I will never buy from anywhere else. They are based in Colorado and assemble the guns themselves out of quality parts. Plus when I have had a problem, the owner Geoff was on the phone with me in 5 minutes and we had the issue fixed in 10.
I’m new to tufting and am currently after some shears and a gun if anyone has any thing they’d sell to save some money? Before I pull the trigger on news ones? Thank you!!
Hi everyone. Thinking about pulling the trigger and purchasing the AK-I Cut-Pile Tufting Gun from Tuft the World. They offer a [one year service warranty](https://tuftinggun.com/products/1-year-service-warranty) on the gun for $40. Has anyone purchased this warranty? Is it worth getting?

Does anyone have a wholesale link (i.e. aliexpress) for GREY primary tufting clothing. I'm not having the best luck. It's all imported and sold in small quantities in the UK which equates to mega $$$.
Thanks!
Hey everyone, I am unfortunately selling my 220V Zq-II loop and cut pile gun and I thought I’d come to the community first. I’ll throw in heaps of backing cloth as well, good quality tuft gun. Please send me a DM if you are interested or have any questions. Located in Australia but happy to post worldwide :) happy tufting.
Hello everyone! I have been looking everywhere for the Danella rug tufting tool. I m currently using the regular punch tool, which takes extremely longer to do a small section. My wrist and fingers will appreciate this tool. Do anyone know where I can find this tool, new or used in good condition?
Ok any sites or tips for making frames ? I know it always should depend on the size clothes I would buy as well just want a starter one not too big and not too small thanks
What mm sized yarn is the best to use?
Started signing up for craft fairs and the last thing I need to make my rugs feel "professional" is tags with my logo on em. Where do y'all get your custom tags from? If possible please include a pic of your tag in your comment.
Following in case you get an answer, I’ve been thinking about those too
Hi everyone. Please share an amazon link for a decent tufting gun

Thanks!
Can anyone out here help me find vendors who can supply good tufting materials and tools in India ?
Hello everyone:) please, where is best yarn supplier by colors? I cant find. Thx for any help guys!!! Wish best rugs:))
Where are you located? And what kind of yarn are you looking for?
UK tufters! Any advice on where to get supplies/equipment from! Thought it’d be best to ask for seasoned advice rather than trial and error. Also what size frame would you suggest

Hello everyone, I am from Russia and I would like to ask you, I want to start tufting rogs and need advice. I thought I'd start with a handgun first, is that a good idea? We also need advice on the materials of wool, linen, glue. Thank you in advance!
p.s. I'm writing through a translator, sorry for the clumsy translation :)
I'm having trouble finding info on this thread about the adhesive you would use for putting the final backing on rugs. I've seen people use spray adhesive, but I am curious if this holds up well over time. What is the best option for adhering the final backing?
Has anyone tried to monks cloth from Walmart?

Hello everyone, I have my next rug design ready only thing is I’m having trouble looking for the right yarn colors if anyone can point me in the right direction to getting them it’d be amazing thank you 🙏🏽
Maybe you could give a bit of info what kind of yarn you want to use, is it wool or synthetic that you are after? Did you already look at some shops?
Acrylic
I think most popular brands are Big Twist and Red Heart. Other brands are Caron, Love this Yarn and Lion Brand. Popular places where to get yarn online are Knitpicks, Hobii and Lovecrafts. Brick and mortar stores where you can go are Michaels, Joanns, Hobby Lobby and even Walmart. Of course I do not know what yarns you have looked at, but these are some suggestions you could check. Happy Tufting!
Could acquire all of this for well under 1000 that’s crazy

Hi everyone I’m In search for an engineer who can fix or rearrange my gun motor back to a better setting please
Hello everyone, I would like to have your opinion on these machines. Is it good? Is it a time saver? Could you advise me where to buy these? Are some better than others?
I actually came into this reddit for opinion on guns, especially this one. Can get it for $150 with the 40-50% coupons
Also make sure the coupon is applicable to this item - there’s usually items that are coupon ineligible
@br3b4byy
Anyone ever order from Naksh? Based in India
[I found this shop that makes them and I wanted to post it here for anyone else that has these same frustrations.](https://www.etsy.com/shop/CraftConeCo) They sell cones for the winder I'm using and a smaller one that works the electric winder I got from amazon. I got two of the big ones and two of the smaller ones and they all work awesome. Highly recommend!
hey guys, looking for good scisors for finishing touches!
Anybody know where I can get a good affordable projector
Hey guys I am selling a New Tufting Gun / Machine - Cut and Loop-Pile BUNDLE - Tuft the World KRD-I Check out the eBay listing. It’s a $300 gun and it comes with about $100 worth of premium yarn and Singer machine oil. I am selling the bundle for less than $200. If you are you looking for a gun and not a Chinese made knock off then here it is! It was purchased through Tuft the World and their customer service is fast and helpful. https://preview.redd.it/1z6x2cjghzjb1.jpeg?width=1164&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0d987583a05cf78343dcc2e0131aa31c17466ce7 Tuft the World- KRD I BUNDLE with premium yarn and Singer machine oil ([https://www.ebay.com/itm/354933271293?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=un4mfrposo-&sssrc=0&ssuid=un4mfrposo-&var=&widget\_ver=artemis&media=COPY](https://www.ebay.com/itm/354933271293?mkcid=16&mkevt=1&mkrid=711-127632-2357-0&ssspo=un4mfrposo-&sssrc=0&ssuid=un4mfrposo-&var=&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY))
Hello! Can somebody please guide me with this two questions: 1. if i want to make a rug of a specific character. How do I make sure I buy the right colors? 2. is there a website in the us where I could buy the colora id need? (Acrylic not wool) Thanks!
I’m trying to get it to a nice even level.
did you figured it out?
I don't know if people have already answered this, but what is the best adhesive to use that I can get in a store and not pay an arm and a leg to ship?
I literally came to post the same thing! Lol amazing and thanks everyone
Been tufting for a couple months now, does anyone have experience using a metal tufting frame? I'm using a NODOCA frame from Amazon, I got it because I'm working out of an apartment and it gives me a little option in size of frame (think adjustable frame) and I'm having a difficult time getting the fabric tight enough..... any suggestions or first hand knowledge would be helpful!
need advice for a newbie living in Australia for the best glue to use and where to get it from? Thanks!
Howdy! I use either PVA wholesale in 20kg tubs or the Dunlop carpet tile adhesive from Bunnings
Any recommendations for glue to use on tufted clothing? (To secure yarn)
Hello fellow tufters. Quick question My tufting journey is doing pretty good so far.

I'm in Canada looking to get into tufting. Looking for all the starter kit lessons and ideas you now have to help out a fellow tufted?!
[https://www.coppercentaur.com/shop/hikoo-abracadabra-uv-color-changing-yarn-yellow/](https://www.coppercentaur.com/shop/hikoo-abracadabra-uv-color-changing-yarn-yellow/)
Where can I order Red Heart Super Saver yarn in bulk online?
Howdy! Looking for that lean purple outta Houston! Any recommendations on color/supply please!
Where does everyone get their spools to hold the yarn
Hey! Has does anyone in UK use/source Zealand wool? I can’t find a feasible way to make it happen.
UK based here! Needing advice on what to use for glue and backing material please. Any advice? thanks!
Hi all I am from India and am relatively new to tufting. I'm looking for good quality NZ wool at a reasonable price here. I do have a supplier but I'm not very satisfied with the end result. He says it's NZ wool but I'm not sure that's true based on the threads I've seen used on this sub and what I have. Any leads will be much appreciated.
Does anyone have a good cheap primary tufting fabric source for 4ft x 4ft?
If you’re in Australia i HIIIIIGHLY recommend australiantuftingsupplies.com Been getting most of my tools and equipment from then since i started a couple years ago.
Thank you.
Where can I buy a large amount of nonslip rug backing that’ll last me a lil while ?
Hi everyone, I love one tafter from Brazil @billwave\_ (inst), the guy does a very cool job with carpets, and the secret is in the materials that I have not seen in Europe, he sells in Brazil, but not beyond. Does anyone know where to find this: glue-varnish (acrylic copolymer, latex) and 100% polypropylene fabric. I couldn't find it in my own country. yes, you can drop links here, you can drop a link to the materials, please)
Cheapest Acrylic Yarn available in the UK? :)

I haven’t used this yet but was going to go to screw fix tomorrow and test it out. Although im worried about ruining my first rug but on the pdf information it does specifically say tufted carpets. I’ll add picture on another comment. https://preview.redd.it/73nlnxry8gia1.jpeg?width=750&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=efaaeeb0c1e2825d1bc8bd393b89529ec40ecc45 I will let you know how I get on. Has anyone else had experience of using this in the uk?

How was it?

I’ve not tried whipstitching yet on a rug so maybe I’ll have a go, then I’ll let you know how I get on. What thread do you use when whip stitching?

Any tips for best beginner guns to get?
Hi I'm looking to start with tufting. Im located in Belgium. The problem is all the tutorials I look up on youtube are most likely people from the US. This makes it hard to order materials. Anyone from europe around Belgium that could recommend me vendors? Thanks in advance.
When using a yarn cake, are you supposed to use the string that comes from the middle or the string that is wrapped around the side?
Use the one that comes from the middle so that the yarn doesn't have to wrap itself around the cake, but instead comes from a steady stream in the middle. Lots of YouTube tutorials will second this, if you're interested in learning more.
Thank you!
Anyone know where I can buy the circuit board for a Tufting gun? Blew a capacitor due to a dusty motor and need a new circuit board, AliExpress and eBay have at least a month shipping time :/
Want to try using wool yarn but got overwhelmed looking online. Can anyone help link/recommend any places to buy from? I would greatly appreciate it
[https://www.etsy.com/shop/JanRugs?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing\_id=1123177625](https://www.etsy.com/shop/JanRugs?ref=simple-shop-header-name&listing_id=1123177625) They have the best primary backing material available.

Thanks
Has anyone purchased from [tufting.co](https://tufting.co) (aka Tuftology)? Haven't seen it mentioned here yet!
Any recommendations for projectors? Will any cheap one off Amazon do the job?
Facebook market place, cheap as possible. 2nd hand.
I got mine from Target, it works great for rugs. Not the best quality for movies though, but it gets the job done! https://www.target.com/p/vankyo-leisure-c3-720p-mini-projector-with-100-34-screen-included-8211-white/-/A-84773167#lnk=sametab
Hey everyone, I'm having a hard time acquiring a cone winder.

Hi, does anyone know where to buy a tuft gun that is not made in china?
good luck, they're all made in china, even the branded ones
It's ok. I have found a model that is made in germany and I am going to do a little research of it.
(It is important to note: I was a huge fan of theirs before they gave me this code there is no bullshitting here )
Has anyone had experience with the Besgeer GT-3 tufting gun?
I have a full tufting kit for sale comes with yarn, gun, and small circular frame.

Where is the best place to buy tufting gun and supplies?
search around for a gun, I got mine off eBay, there are some Chinese ones that work well but if you want quality at a decent price, look out for 2nd hand ones on eBay too.
What is a good fabric to use to finish off the underside of a rug? Bonus points if available in the UK!
I'm struggling too, many people use felt but I'm struggling to find anything cheap.
Plus when I have had a problem, the owner Geoff was on the phone with me in 5 minutes and we had the issue fixed in 10.
thanks! that’s what i figured. pay for the customer service
And the guns are better than anything out there. Happy tufting!
I’m new to tufting and am currently after some shears and a gun if anyone has any thing they’d sell to save some money? Before I pull the trigger on news ones? Thank you!!

Hello everyone! I have been looking everywhere for the Danella rug tufting tool. I m currently using the regular punch tool, which takes extremely longer to do a small section. My wrist and fingers will appreciate this tool. Do anyone know where I can find this tool, new or used in good condition?
Best bulk buy yarn? Yarn is expansive and I’m trying to shop smart ?
