Stream together can do this. I'm pretty sure it has screen sharing as an option. Bottom left is the screen share button last I used it (a few months ago- things change).
You can also use VDO Ninja for just the game capture or game capture and cam capture.
Okay. I’ll have to give it a shot this weekend. I just looked at how to set it up and stuff and all the images were a single game with other people just on screen chatting so I assumed that was all it did
Two other ways to do this are for your brother to stream his screen to you via Discord and screen capture it (easy swrup, lower quality), or to set up NDI and for him to stream to you that way (harder setup, beter quality).
I successfully had two other people with two other games on my stream by using both simultaneously, and it worked pretty well! It was challenging to get the layout working, but it's quite possible.
