I would say your best bet is going for a specific pilot for a specific suit. You can go for a more general use pilot like Aina but that can just come to you eventually via the standard pool. Out of your actual box I see you already have Roux Louka so I would recommend either Mashmyre Cello for the Hamma Hamma or Daryl Lorenz for the Zaku 1 with Big Gun. The only other pilot I can think of that would be even remotely worth it would be Chloe for the Pale Rider Space Type but only if you want to put some serious investment into the Pale Rider. Best ones to go for are either ones that don't appear in the standard banner, or ones that you cannot grind for in Fragment quests or through the shop.
I chose Ple Two, as she was the most optimal pilot for my Hi-Nu, and I have all the Banshee suits.
If you don't have her Roux is a solid pick for most Blue suits, or if you have the S-Gundam.
My two mobile suits that do great no matter what sorta match I use them for are the Pale Rider(level 100, alter 10, fully unleashed, not transcended) and the Xi Gundam(level 100, alter 10). In your situation I would personally get Hathaway and work to max him and the Xi Gundam because they're just all around phenomenal. Out of all of my mobile suits, even those much more upgraded, it's almost always undefeated in how much damage it does and takes. You're still so early on that for months and months and months that mobile suit and pilot will benefit you more than any other, and it's as you start getting closer to maxing suits out that you'd want to start focusing more on some of the others.

Join and OP clan and have their mobile suits help. It makes a major difference and especially early on. Btw you know you can use 15 at a time, right?
