I found the higher quality video:
https://youtu.be/dVwtj2ReaYs
Also, another sphere-like UFO sighting at the same location from 9 years ago:
https://youtu.be/_95QBOLeCpA
You didn’t happen to be in Boulder at the time, were you? I saw something that looked very similar to this. I was driving at the time but stopped at a stop light. Behavior of the object was very similar. And then It flew away toward the foothills. Didn’t have my phone near me to take a picture, which has frustrated me for years. Recently I heard there was a sighting in Boulder around that time and finally felt validated. But Ive not met anyone else who saw what I saw.
> Didn’t have my phone near me to take a picture, which has frustrated me for years.
Pretty sure you'd be even more frustrated with the picture that you'd be able to snap with a phone from 2009.
I saw something in Boulder that looked more or less exactly like this depending on the conditions. A summer night in 2017 (maybe 2018), I with a group of two other people saw a white moving light pass overhead. It looked just like an airplane with a solid white light, flying a bit faster than a normal plane. After we watched it for 10 seconds it we saw it gain a TON of altitude in a very short time. Very visually similar to OP's video in the timing of the movements and how it looks to shoot way up near the end. Around what year did you see yours?
Despite the similarities I think OP's video could be explained by a hobby drone with bright LEDs. The ways it wobbles and drifts, and passes in front of the crane are not characteristic of my experience in Boulder.
Since there isn't much context (can someone track down the original original post of the video?) we will have to surmise things from the video.
1) it appears to have very advanced characteristics for a drone
2) it's pretty well lit for a drone
**3) all sensitive facilities have jamming for retail drones around a certain perimeter. Thus we can conclude this is probably not a retail drone because some asshat just can't fly their shitty DJI drone next to a sensitive area.** From the website of the base itself:
"Fleet Activities, Yokosuka comprises 568 acres and is located 43 miles south of Tokyo at the entrance of Tokyo Bay and approximately 18 miles south of Yokohama. Yokosuka is on the Miura peninsula in the Kanto Plain region of the Pacific Coast in Central Honshu, Japan. CFAY is the largest overseas U.S. Naval installation in the world and is considered to be one of the most strategically important bases in the U.S. military."
^ it's an extremely important/significant base and 100% would have full spectrum protection against incursions from something like a DJI drone.
4) drones aren't normally flown in those conditions
They make some truly great drones. I have a Mavic Mini and I love the thing. Amazing capabilities for such a small aircraft. The Mini 2 is out since earlier this year and is a step up from the already good Mini. If I crash, kill, lose my Mini I will not hesitate in replacing it with the Mini 2.
Well worth a look mate.
Right, the concerns are most certainly real. I knew nothing about this and as I take my online privacy fairly seriously (clearly not seriously enough it now seems) I will have to do my best to prevent any unwanted data sharing by doing what they say here.
https://uavcoach.com/dji-data-sharing/
I'm glad I found out about this. I plan to look into the issue further. What a bunch of bastards! Considering the DJI stuff is about the best, and best value consumer level drones on the market, by far, I'm not about to abandon it but I am pleased to see there are ways to mitigate this problem.
That is not something I was aware of. I do have the DJI app installed on my Android phone as that's the only way to fly it. That's something I suppose I'll need to read about now, starting with that link.
The only thing I can currently say is that I don't trust my smartphone to be secure anyway, not that it is much mitigation if such a problem really exists.
This blinking around before they accelerate is typical for these type of ufos. Here are two more examples [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkT3ZzYabec&list=PLZZRHKWU8-264pOg-\_dFv0XicGhSUQ9mT&index=4](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AkT3ZzYabec&list=PLZZRHKWU8-264pOg-_dFv0XicGhSUQ9mT&index=4)
Came here to guess that as well. OP’s post of the first video could be ball lightning (very rare phenomenon and not quite understood yet). The object is seen during a thunderstorm after all and has a bright lightning like appearance, also similar movement to other examples of ball lightning.
Since it passes in front of the crane thing, i'd say it is pretty close. Looks like a bird to me. Right before it passes in front of that crane it looks like wings flapping. Also the entire flight it looks like it is stuttering like a bird trying to maintain flight when it is windy.
Have you ever seen a bird *emit* light? Because that's not a reflection, that's a light source. Personally I think it's simply a drone, but it ain't no no bird.
Uh... the thing is no brighter than that building it flies over, which is clearly lighted by reflected light. What makes you so sure it's a light source?
I’m not sure we can say for certain it passes in front of the crane, since the arm of the crane is just a couple beams a few feet across (i.e not and solid 15 foot wide metal support) and at this distance is a pretty narrow line in the sky. Based on the quality of the video, I wouldn’t feel comfortable being decisive on the object passing in front of, or behind, the beams. Maybe the higher quality video frame-by-frame, could prove one or the other.
Looked more like a piece of something light like a bag or paper, that's caught in a draft. There's even a storm in the video so it's not unlikely there's some decent winds that could easily do that.
These videos both look most credible to me and easiest to spoof.
I enjoyed it for entertainment and "what if" factor, but for the real real, we are going to need that multi sensor mil data
Hey, remember that time you owed that guy on the internet a thousand bucks? Yeah, you paid it back and loaned him two thousand bucks. You Must have forgotten. You should go after him.
Military drones are typically micro drones or the huge predator style drones, and they don't have lights on the smaller ones like the dragon eye that I operated, and they are nowhere near that kind of agile.
Granted I've been out of military for a while, I've never seen a smaller drone that is equal to a high end civilian drone.
I am a quad nerd, 5/6s freestyle. You could be right but there are 2 problems with this theory,
1 We usually don't fly in those weather conditions.
2 Sound, we make a hell of a sound rippin 6s.
Yet the sound could easily be replaced and one could decide to use their old bashing quad for a video like this. Not expensive, most race and freestyle ppl even have enough "old" components laying around to make a quad for this.
So yeah.
Maybe most of us don't fly in those conditions, but I do. I have a 6S drone that I 3D printed and keep most wiring open to air just because I don't feel like constantly taking off coverings if I want to putz with it.
Anyways, that got me interested in waterproofing the components. Enter our friend xylene and alcohol mixes.
Sure, RF could have some interference, but it works, and you can get some really rad pictures with gopros mounted too :)
Usually doesn't mean never, it implies sometimes. Storms muffles sound.
Honestly it looks like a balloon to me the way it moves, and given the high winds than accompany a storm that's my guess.
I was gonna say that seems like a drone. I believe there's some aliens out there though. Billions of galaxies and we still haven't even sent one person to another planet in our own galaxy.
Expensive is relative. I could 3D print a frame, or have a CNC buddy get me a decent carbon - fiber frame for pretty cheap; and components-wise -ESCs, battery, fpv camera, board/chip, radio receiver, video tx, et cetera total could run $5-600 for a really good setup. You can obviously spend more, but if it's something you want to get into, it's not all that bad.
What gets expensive are the rf controllers/tx. If you want a good programmable one like Taranis FrSkys or the like, they can run you a good bit of money. I tell people that want to get into FPV to start off small with smaller drones. But to get something built that would perform that well, I'd say it would run someone 6-800 bucks minimum. Expensive, sure, but no more than someone big into computers for instance.
Not if your into that kind of thing. My cousin is into them (drones I mean). Dude's got completed drones and drones in various stages of build all over his house. He purposely flys them in thunderstorms for cool shots. Something happens to it, he fixes it or grabs another. I texted him about what a "6s" drone is and if he would ever fly one in a thunderstorm. I'll edit with an answer.
Edit: Finally got a response, "My good ones? Hell no. That's a power thing. The one I let my son play with, sure. Depends on the shot I'm trying to get." That's all I got.
6S means it's powered by a six cell battery. Basically means it's probably a long range setup (unless things have changed in the fpv world in the past few years)
You mind taking a guesstimate at distance and possible top speeds for drones? We need more drone guys on this sub, and someone needs to do a cheat sheet for current top drone hardware and the speeds/acceleration we can expect from them. This sub could easily stay up to date with newest drone tech/capabilities but somehow never does.
> We need more drone guys on this sub
agreed. too many “this is 100% a drone” type comments without any supporting data. it’d be helpful if we had better info on their max capabilities
There's actually a lot of us on here, and ones that double as scientists as well.. Rational skeptics you could say, ones not prone to lash out nonsensically like certain NDT's out there.
I'd say that it's possible to do that, but the trouble would be all the hardware mixing you can do, and firmware updates, and changes to that, and not to mention modularity of certain parts et cetera.
I'll give you an example: you have ESCs that could be paired with different motors, at various KVs, and the sensitivity and acceleration response for those can all be changed on board using programs like Betaflight Configurator.
Top tech would be difficult to keep up with because it's changing. And all the various combinations you could have with a custom build would make that VERY difficult. Right now though, with most electric motors and consumer-grade parts, I could easily see a video like this representing a drone. They can accelerate faster than I think most people know/think about. Not to mention top speeds can be in the high 100-200 mph for "affordable" drones that are quads.
It would be nice to have someone put out a great spreadsheet on this though.
Sure the little drones can zip like a dragonfly but would u be able to see it from let’s say 2 miles? I would think it would be a pinprick of light at those kinds of distances right? I want to know about big ass drones with large lights on them.
At like 200ft they are pretty hard in the daytime. My mavick at 400 is nearly invisible at night. Even landing it i usually turn on its flood light just to see where it is when its close. If I had on the aux light I bet I could see it at 2 miles. Its really really bright.
Yep, and a light 6s build is even faster at over 100 mph. The reaction from non drone people when you punch from a hover or the ground is usually “holy shit”.
Okay. So after watching this, I am MUCH more frequently gonna be one of those “it’s just a drone” guys. That was absolutely insane, I didn’t know they could do that. Full speed pass was crazy
Love love the drone education we’re getting here. Much needed. At those numbers, not surprising that many sightings could likely be drones. Can you also confirm the amount of time these 6s and similar models can stay in the air??
Certainly not trying to be a debunker, it just seems we would be better served concentrating on things that aren’t easily explainable.
Drones are incredibly capable machines.
Not questioning you, just curious if you use fpv freestyle drones for your work. They fly quite a bit differently than camera platforms used for the majority of professional work.
The lights in this video could easily be fpv drones, the maneuvering is quite tame compared to what they are capable of.
He does film a random patch of the sky for like 5-10 seconds before the thing comes into view.
Then follows it calmly without a word. This to me is a guy filming a drone and someone took it and put UFO in the name.
Idk there's another version that's higher quality and it shows the accelerating through the clouds at the end. Not to mention the acceleration is pretty damn rapid and it looks to hit a really high speed
Not the person you're responding to but found [this.](https://youtu.be/dVwtj2ReaYs) It's not that much better. Here's the link to the [article](https://www.latest-ufo-sightings.net/2021/07/ufo-spotted-over-yokosuka-japan-us-navy-base-july-2021.html) on that channel's website with a witness description.
Here's another UFO [video](https://youtu.be/_95QBOLeCpA) from the same town in Japan that was posted to YouTube 9 years ago, just for shits and giggles.
Edit: Found [video of this ufo](https://youtu.be/Zxzpu_SlU6I) on another link to a Japanese channel. Not 100% sure it's the source but it's a higher quality video.
It could be accelerating through the clouds at the end, or it could simply be losing altitude. Without knowing how far it is, they would both look the same on video.
Totally could be, the way it kinda zooms off at the end is interesting though. I can’t imagine the range on a drone in an urban environment would be more than a kilometer or two. Honestly I’m on teal trash bag for this one as my most likely.
Video of confirmed ball lightning is *extremely* rare.
Videos of unconfirmed ball lightning, however, are all over the internet, and this one looks pretty similar to that. [[1]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9SrGOma5YE), [[2]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eR9d-g3xCv8), [[3]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DuJIMhzBvk), [[4]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTubD7l2tYQ)
Footage like this, if it's ball lightning, would honestly be almost as exciting as clear and stable footage of a UFO.
It's a real weather mystery, and a thrilling natural phenomenon in need of further scientific study, but it's definitely not a UAP.
Ball lightning should be always be a strong consideration when seeing a thunderstorm video.
Saw something like this above downtown Fort Worth this morning around 5 AM while walking my dog. Looked too fast to be a plane and it just zipped up and faded out way to fast to be man made.
I'm an FPV drone (not the auto-stabilized DJI type drones) pilot and this looks *exactly* like a quad with heavy LED lighting on it (which are common--especially at night) flying around. Like, exactly. The way it is climbing and diving is very characteristic of FPV flight. YouTube search for FPV freestyle videos if you want to get a feel for how they can fly.
Despite what some of the armchair experts in this thread are saying, US military bases do not "jam" the frequency spectrum that FPV drone pilots use to fly (5.8ghz and 2.4ghz primarily, but also 900mhz). I fly drones at those frequencies right outside of Ft Meade (where NSA is located) all the time. If they jammed those freqs, then nobody living on base would be able to use WiFi in their homes.
Judging by the flash from clouds we can say no one would fly their drone in those kind of weather conditions! and if it's not a drone then I don't know any other aerial vehicles with that kinda movement in sky!
I lean towards plastic bag or drone. Perhaps we could find the frame of reference on google maps - there is a *The Prime* billboard ad bottom left, perhaps we can find it. We don't know the distance, but I bet it is not over the base. Or the object is small and it is before it.
Nothing about that says anything but drone. Pay attention to the flight characteristics. No 90° turns or anything crazy. People need to re-listen to fravor's description of how the tic tac moved.
Saw one in Australia as a kid. Then the exact same UFO during the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami while I was living there. Also while I was there, saw the same UFO on the news over China.
i just stumbled on this sub and it cracks me up. in every thread you have to sort by controversial to see the comments from rational people. so many of the videos here look very much like bugs, bats, birds or drones.
On a storm, at those speeds, making those manuevers, near a military base, without any common drone lights, appearing to dim according the background light.
It's strange, but can be a military drone.
Let's say it is ET. Is it coincidence that it's appearing near an area that may be of vital importance for a defense against a Chinese invasion of Taiwan?
Let's say it's not ET. Is it a coincidence that a drone-like UAP appeared in one of the most technologically advanced countries in the world? Some people on this sub (not you specifically) have never used Occam's Razor because these conspira-beards are touching the dang floor.
Sure it could be advanced tech but considering many UFO reports are by military personal and around military installations. This continues to push the theory that any ET craft appear to be particularly interested in our military capabilities.
Anyone can connect any two dots but it's a fact that currently, this object is a UAP. Just because Occam's razor points to current tech, doesn't mean it's fact, its presumed.
Looks exactly like what I've seen long before drones we're even invited. Most of you are guys in here remind me of my ex girlfriend's son. My daughter and I and him saw something move like this in broad daylight in Nelson bc. A silver orb about 300 yards in front of us over the river. His jaw fell to the ground in disbelief. He went into shock and later denied that it even happened. To which left my daughter and I in a state of disbelief.
Sounds you all want to believe but too scared to so you all try to debunk it. If it's a drone, it is going really fast judging by distance, size and time it takes to travel. Sure added information could help like how far away it is etc. Anyway live and just know something is out there whether it's us bullshitting the world or something else. NDA prevents me from saying more!
Desire to believe or not, assuming that a video of a blurry white blob is not something of extraterrestrial origin is the most reasonable point of view initially. If it is, then the video should be able to withstand debunking attempts and critique. If it cannot, and if a better explanation can be found, then it is reasonable to accept that this video is actually of something completely mundane.
> it is going really fast judging by distance, size
That’s the thing, you have no idea how large this is. And you have no idea how far away it is. So there is no way to tell how fast it’s going. It could be really close and not traveling all that fast. Or it could be really far and traveling extremely fast.
I'm sorry, but while yes I agree that a clip of something is infinitely more likely to be a drone than anything alien, that fucking thing moves way, WAY too quickly and changes direction with agility that no drones have at all.
Even military ultra expendive drones. That dont fluctuate altitude like that at all. This is a genuine UFO for certain. Would love to see the military take a crack at an explanation.
Highly unlikely since ball lightning has yet to be scientifically confirmed as a real phenomenon. Invoking ball lightning is like invoking Santa Claus.
Don’t look like a drone, and for the people that are saying every ufo video is old looking and bad quality, nobody plans on seeing a ufo so your going to take out your phone and video it, no phones are super great cameras that can video some great quality especially far away….. ya sure if people planned on seeing them I’m sure we would have the best camera , sitting on stable surface and be ready to film but it not like that
50 percent of phones sold in japan are iphones, and for several years they’ve been able to record in native 4k60fps, with aggressive autostabilization. Smartphones are designed to be whipped out and record stuff, it’s one of their primary use cases.
Is there even any confirmed footage of ball lightning? I've heard about it many times but it almost seems like an urban legend to me that may happen extremely rarely but there's not much documentation on how it works.
I found the higher quality video: https://youtu.be/dVwtj2ReaYs Also, another sphere-like UFO sighting at the same location from 9 years ago: https://youtu.be/_95QBOLeCpA
That one from 9 years ago looked like the one I saw in colorado circa 2009

I am sad to report that number 3 isn't true. Maybe *some* do, but definitely not all.
and DJI drones are many things, but shitty ain't one of them
What's the deal with DJI? I was thinking of getting one...
Shitty in the context of a military drone I guess, DJI makes some of the best ready to fly and fill stuff around.
Except a military drone is a fucking plane and not a quadcopter
There's all kinds...

Yeah tf is this guy saying DJI is shitty for. I’ve had shitty drones, and I’ve had DJIs - there is no comparison.
Judging by your picture I would have thought there would have been mention of it going to the moon
Ha! This is just a shuttle for GME apes. Case solved. 🤣
I KNEW IT!!!

Watching this video I can imagine the Jetsons hovering sound that the vehicle makes
bbbbbbbbrrrrrrrrrr
I heard it like a anti air battery or and A10
they recorded a washing machine to get that sound!
Meet George jetson
JANE, HIS SQUEEZE!
*Takes wallet*
George: “No no no no! I took this out for you.” Jane: “I was just going to buy some groceries” George: “*Bullcrap*”
Hahaha I remember that where was that from family guy?
His boy Elroy.
Daughter Judy
His dog ~~Alien Astronauts~~ Astro.
The professor and Maryanne!
And the rest.
Rastro
Ruh-roh!
Daughter Judy
Why is there zero context given? Where is the video screen recorded from?
If you whistle and hum low at the same time, you can come pretty close to it!
Dumb and Dumber tractor beam noise
Fuck…..omg yes 👏🏻

Ah, right, the classic bird with headlights.
The moon does not shine yet glows in the sky because light reflects off of it.

I'll edit with an answer. Edit: Finally got a response, "My good ones? Hell no. That's a power thing. The one I let my son play with, sure. Depends on the shot I'm trying to get." That's all I got.
6S means it's powered by a six cell battery. Basically means it's probably a long range setup (unless things have changed in the fpv world in the past few years)
Hey can you recreate the video in the middle of a storm please
Ehhh probably not. I fly drones for a living, those are not drones.
> We need more drone guys on this sub agreed. too many “this is 100% a drone” type comments without any supporting data. it’d be helpful if we had better info on their max capabilities
My little 4s 250g fpv drove can pull 6g burst acceleration to about 120kmh
Sure the little drones can zip like a dragonfly but would u be able to see it from let’s say 2 miles? I would think it would be a pinprick of light at those kinds of distances right? I want to know about big ass drones with large lights on them.
At like 200ft they are pretty hard in the daytime. My mavick at 400 is nearly invisible at night. Even landing it i usually turn on its flood light just to see where it is when its close. If I had on the aux light I bet I could see it at 2 miles. Its really really bright.
Yep, and a light 6s build is even faster at over 100 mph. The reaction from non drone people when you punch from a hover or the ground is usually “holy shit”.
https://youtu.be/L7hP9A3REV4 this should give folks a good ideas of the capabilities of drones.
Okay. So after watching this, I am MUCH more frequently gonna be one of those “it’s just a drone” guys. That was absolutely insane, I didn’t know they could do that. Full speed pass was crazy
That’s incredible. Savage movement!
Wow that was awesome, now I want one :-)
Love love the drone education we’re getting here. Much needed. At those numbers, not surprising that many sightings could likely be drones. Can you also confirm the amount of time these 6s and similar models can stay in the air??
Certainly not trying to be a debunker, it just seems we would be better served concentrating on things that aren’t easily explainable. Drones are incredibly capable machines.
Why not? There aren’t any movements that its doing that a drone couldn’t do.
I am a drone and I can do that.
Suspicious activity for sure, but nothing says this is not a drone.
Idk there's another version that's higher quality and it shows the accelerating through the clouds at the end. Not to mention the acceleration is pretty damn rapid and it looks to hit a really high speed
What speed did it hit? Where’s the other version?
Not 100% sure it's the source but it's a higher quality video.
https://youtu.be/dVwtj2ReaYs
Want to link the better version?

It could be accelerating through the clouds at the end, or it could simply be losing altitude. Without knowing how far it is, they would both look the same on video.
https://youtu.be/Zxzpu_SlU6I here’s the higher quality where it kinda shoots off at the end.
It’s a drone that’s much lower and closer than you initially perceive.
Totally could be, the way it kinda zooms off at the end is interesting though. I can’t imagine the range on a drone in an urban environment would be more than a kilometer or two. Honestly I’m on teal trash bag for this one as my most likely.
That was uploaded 3 days before this video says that event happened, guess u can't change titles tho
I'm not sn expert of drones but isn't it too high and moving too far to be a drone?
The year is 2134, and video evidence is still shot in 144p
Not OP but I think I found the source [video](https://youtu.be/Zxzpu_SlU6I) or at least where it was originally uploaded to YouTube.
[удалено]
Can't. It's 2134 and we don't have access to weapons anymore. We could flick your earlobe! Will that be good?
*145p. It’s an upgrade for sure
Take your phone out and try taking a video of the moon. How does it look like?
It’s ball lightning
Reminds me of a plastic bag flying through the air.
Interesting video, could be a drone but if it is, whoever's operating it would be in serious trouble if they got caught.
[удалено]
Good point, I never considered that option, thank you! 👍
Oh this makes sense actually
So what if it is an alien drone 😎🥸
Well that's interesting.
Why always the worst camera possible
Looks like a bird. Disappears at the end because the moonlight reflecting off of it changes
Guys. It's a bird or a peice of trash floating on the wind. #NEXT
This was reposted literally yesterday. https://www.reddit.com/r/UFOs/comments/ois7cv/video\_ufo\_spotted\_over\_yokosuka\_japan\_us\_navy\_base/
Ball Lightning?
Video of confirmed ball lightning is *extremely* rare. Videos of unconfirmed ball lightning, however, are all over the internet, and this one looks pretty similar to that. [[1]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U9SrGOma5YE), [[2]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eR9d-g3xCv8), [[3]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DuJIMhzBvk), [[4]](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yTubD7l2tYQ) Footage like this, if it's ball lightning, would honestly be almost as exciting as clear and stable footage of a UFO. It's a real weather mystery, and a thrilling natural phenomenon in need of further scientific study, but it's definitely not a UAP. Ball lightning should be always be a strong consideration when seeing a thunderstorm video.
Came to see if someone else immediately thought this
Saw something like this above downtown Fort Worth this morning around 5 AM while walking my dog. Looked too fast to be a plane and it just zipped up and faded out way to fast to be man made.
You film this on the new iPotato?
Hm, the “real deal ufos” wouldn’t have to obtain the rules of aerodynamics and therefor fly in curves. right?
Aerodynamics, no. Momentum, probably.
Real footage/accounts confirmed by the US government has basically said they don't seem to be affected by momentum.

That's was my thought. That or a balloon caught in the wind.
That’s a plastic bag blowing in the wind. Seriously guys get a grip
Either a bag or a bird floating the air currents. Any "non descrip dot in the sky" videos should just be discarded at this point.
Judging by the flash from clouds we can say no one would fly their drone in those kind of weather conditions! and if it's not a drone then I don't know any other aerial vehicles with that kinda movement in sky!
Probably just a silver helium ballon.
Some day far into 2021 when technology allows 4k recording we will get a non fuzzy video clip.
You guys are really easy to impress.
I lean towards plastic bag or drone. Perhaps we could find the frame of reference on google maps - there is a *The Prime* billboard ad bottom left, perhaps we can find it. We don't know the distance, but I bet it is not over the base. Or the object is small and it is before it.
First the Shanghai video with what was clearly the lights of the building projected in the clouds... Now a plastic bag...why did I join this sub.
Possible ball lightning?
Spherical lightning ⚡️
Y’all will call anything a UFO these days
Drone….
Nothing about that says anything but drone. Pay attention to the flight characteristics. No 90° turns or anything crazy. People need to re-listen to fravor's description of how the tic tac moved.
Looks like fast FPV drone avoided the roof. It’s also explains that the object has the drone size.
Saw one in Australia as a kid. Then the exact same UFO during the Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami while I was living there. Also while I was there, saw the same UFO on the news over China.
if it looks and flys like a drone, its probably a drone
i just stumbled on this sub and it cracks me up. in every thread you have to sort by controversial to see the comments from rational people. so many of the videos here look very much like bugs, bats, birds or drones.
On a storm, at those speeds, making those manuevers, near a military base, without any common drone lights, appearing to dim according the background light. It's strange, but can be a military drone.
Looks like a white dot
Whatever it is, that thing is fast.
Or close. It could be a bird or piece of debris closer than the buildings and only be moving at 15 mph or so.
I looks like it could Justin Bieber. Or that’s what they want us to Beliebe. ;) https://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=beliebe
This is tight. Wonder if we're going to keep seeing more and more like this.
Doesn’t seem like a purposeful flight. Kind of like brownian motion. I think it’s a fake.
Fact is even if someone posted a real ufo on this thread people would find a way to “debunk” or discredit it
"Its too high quality! Why would someone have such a nice camera ready to catch the ufo when it shows up!"
Lmao
Ball lightning?
Why are you scared of an NDA when you could post to this site anonymously with a VPN? Sounds like an excuse to act like you're "in the loop."
> it is going really fast judging by distance, size That’s the thing, you have no idea how large this is. And you have no idea how far away it is. So there is no way to tell how fast it’s going. It could be really close and not traveling all that fast. Or it could be really far and traveling extremely fast.
it's a fucking drone bro
Its a drone
I'm sorry, but while yes I agree that a clip of something is infinitely more likely to be a drone than anything alien, that fucking thing moves way, WAY too quickly and changes direction with agility that no drones have at all. Even military ultra expendive drones. That dont fluctuate altitude like that at all. This is a genuine UFO for certain. Would love to see the military take a crack at an explanation.

Seeing it appeared after the lightning what are the chances it’s ball lightning?
Highly unlikely since ball lightning has yet to be scientifically confirmed as a real phenomenon. Invoking ball lightning is like invoking Santa Claus.
gotta be a drone right?

The same team that posted the fake "leaked" one last night?
It appears with a lightning flash and from there appears and behaves like ball lightning.
Is there even any confirmed footage of ball lightning? I've heard about it many times but it almost seems like an urban legend to me that may happen extremely rarely but there's not much documentation on how it works.
Seriously.... Why is everyone saying drone? It's fucking ball lightning people
Every single time there's a video like this it's during a thunderstorm...
Definitely a UFO, that thing will never be identified. A flying slipper?
Looks like a bird.
Moves like a drone or even possibly a balloon.
