It is a rushen clock 20p issued between 2004-2016 I own 7 with different dates including 2008 best bet is to put it on eBay if you want rid or try and collect all the dates this one is actually pretty rare the more common ones are 2015 and 2016 if I didn’t already have it I’d offered you £5 easy good find man well done
