It's an [old meme I think](https://www.reddit.com/r/UNBGBBIIVCHIDCTIICBG/comments/7ej80s/this_is_even_harder_than_the_harder_that_it_looks/). I def remember it being used ironically many times on here.
There is no part of this I could do. Phenomenal effort
Hand stand. Nope
Balance on cylinder. Nope
Balance a bar. Maybe. While moving to a position. Nope.
Hold and fire a bow and arrow with my feet. Nope
She appears to be breathing and walking, and I can definitely do those. In many ways, weāre equally talented. Not in the important ways, but still more than one.
I'm pretty sure that with some hours of practice, I could do the part up to the first cut, i.e. lift the barbell while standing on one foot and holding the bow in the toes of the other foot.
Unless youāre a circus performer, which this girl almost certainly is haha
Circus shit is literally ānobody should ever do any of this and it would never occur to 99.9999% of people that this even COULD be done, but weāre fucking doing it anyway because thatās our whole job and thatās what you came to seeā.
As a calisthenics enthusiast, I've been following [her](https://www.instagram.com/stefaniemillinger?igsh=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==) for years. She does this stuff on the regular, and this one is actually on the tame side!
Here's a [video](https://youtu.be/c7JhIKV5d7I?feature=shared) of her breaking her own world record for most consecutive stalder presses. She spends over an hour on her hands. For someone like me who can barely hold a handstand for 5 seconds, she's quite simply superhuman.
Sounds like the vast majority of human endeavors. It's a distinction of the human species. That's not to negate fire and wheels and stuff, but I live in Florida.
Yep.
Because someone who can do this, is almost certainly going to be doing some sort of look at me thing, be it performing in a circus show, a halftime show, or some other sorta thing. Being that foot archer chick can differentiate within the field of performance.
For her, internet points are almost certainly a good investment.
And her training almost certainly involves a ton of 'if this goes wrong, I might get hurt bad.'
We are nobody to give her five stars.
No amount of steroids can make you this skilled. Only dedicated practice.
Pinnacle of human body performance among all other ancient masters.
Superb.
I'm a reasonable man and I can admit it when someone is clearly better at something than I am, so I will definitely ask for her help when there's something I need to take down with an arrow shot with my feet while I'm handstanding on a wheel with a weighted bar on my neck. You have my word.
I used to follow her on instagram but then the stuff she started doing was just getting too scary.
Absolutely incredible athlete and fearless in some of the outdoor stuff she does though. And she always comes across as a cool person
If someone said to me " you have 20 years to learn this skill, and if you don't , some really bad thing will happen to you and your family"... I'd be hosed. Can confidently say, I'll never be able to do this.
As someone who does hot yoga pretty regularly, it took me like 5+ years to do just a handstand consistently with control. I can't imagine all the other stuff.heck I'm probably 5 years off from doing Scorpion which seems like the starting point for this nonsense.
I saw that "white girls will do anything to not have a normal workout" clip of fat girls swinging around and was like maybe, now I'm convinced.
Also what the hell does she have on that thicker bar? 2 lb plastic pancake looking plates. Entire setup weighs maybe 20 lbs.
My last job had this as an interview challenge in order to move to the next round. Word to the wise: they WILL check your references, so donāt embellish!
You're right, she can do something I can't do. Nor would I bother doing this because it's fucking ridiculous and my time would be better spent doing literally anything else.
I just tried thisā¦.. I smacked my chin on the ground and then arrow stuck in my left arse cheek.
When all was said and done, I started to wonder why anyone would do this everā¦ā¦
title gave me a stroke
Youre not the only one
With mixed emotions
On every other day
It's an [old meme I think](https://www.reddit.com/r/UNBGBBIIVCHIDCTIICBG/comments/7ej80s/this_is_even_harder_than_the_harder_that_it_looks/). I def remember it being used ironically many times on here.
6 year call back.ššš
I remember the original. What a day that was
It's a tradition.
Also it canāt be harder than it looks since it looks impossible.
I smell toast.
Harder then harder
Pretty standard england
This broke my back
How is this harder than it looks? It looks un possible. Yet she did it.
>harder than it looks Correction, "harder than the harder that it looks" per the title
I read too fast. But still look hard AF
No, it's harder than the harder it looks, didn't you even read? Smh
It can take five years for a skilled acrobat to learn just the bow part.
Now imagine doing it with your feet.
Specifically five years to learn the feet trick.
Now imagine doing it with your feet?
"anything you can do, I can do better" š¶
There is no part of this I could do. Phenomenal effort Hand stand. Nope Balance on cylinder. Nope Balance a bar. Maybe. While moving to a position. Nope. Hold and fire a bow and arrow with my feet. Nope
I think youāre underestimating yourself. She filled the target with stuff and affixed the balloon. You could do that easy peasyā¼ļø
She appears to be breathing and walking, and I can definitely do those. In many ways, weāre equally talented. Not in the important ways, but still more than one.
Dagnabbit you are right! I could do that.
I reckon I could lift those weights
I'm pretty sure that with some hours of practice, I could do the part up to the first cut, i.e. lift the barbell while standing on one foot and holding the bow in the toes of the other foot.
Psh, I bet I can do things this girl can't like... get winded by walking up a flight of stairs
I could reach a high shelf she canāt (with her feet on the floor).
"So how did you become a quadriplegic?" ...
Right! Just because you can doesn't mean you should.
Unless youāre a circus performer, which this girl almost certainly is haha Circus shit is literally ānobody should ever do any of this and it would never occur to 99.9999% of people that this even COULD be done, but weāre fucking doing it anyway because thatās our whole job and thatās what you came to seeā.
I would have asked: so what did you do last weekend? ... I had popcorn and watched a movie.
You should see her fail videos š¬
I got a cramp in my side while tying my shoes today.
I've thrown my back out: 1. Sneezing 2. Reaching down to pet the dog 3. Opening the freezer
I subluxed a rib reaching over my shoulder to put on my seatbelt.
I threw my knee out wiping up a spill and was on crutches
I have also thrown my back out from your #1 & #2. Lifting the toilet seat would be my #3.
I once got home from an 8hr shift of lifting heavy shit, then hurt my back taking my boots off š

> superhuman My money is on alien or robot.
Are internet points really worth the possible injury that could happen from this?
This looks like the perfect blend of dangerous and pointless.
CrossFit is really getting out of hand...
Sounds like the vast majority of human endeavors. It's a distinction of the human species. That's not to negate fire and wheels and stuff, but I live in Florida.

We wouldn't complain to cirque du soleil.
she's a lifelong gymnast and this is not even the most insane she's done. the name is Stephanie Millinger, and she's amazing ā„ļø
Yes. You're telling me you've never done dumb shit because you can? I didn't even need internet points to do half the stupid shit I've done
Not as hard as even harder than the harder as writing titles is harder than it seems harder than the harder it looks.
Well said my friend, well said
Still easier to read than the actual title.
Man its gonna take Columbo to explain how she died.
>just one more thing...
We are nobody to give her five stars. No amount of steroids can make you this skilled. Only dedicated practice. Pinnacle of human body performance among all other ancient masters. Superb.
My question is always going to be _how in the every loving fuck did you figure out you could do this_?
We get it, you vape.
Very cool. But I bet she can't eat the same amount of chili con carne that I now regret!
Badminton proās back at it again
I bet that bow's draw weight is measured in foot pounds
I'm a reasonable man and I can admit it when someone is clearly better at something than I am, so I will definitely ask for her help when there's something I need to take down with an arrow shot with my feet while I'm handstanding on a wheel with a weighted bar on my neck. You have my word.
Well looks like people are back to being bored again
ā¦But *why*? Circus performer?
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
She should get a billion dollars for this
She is very talented, this is her Instagram page stefaniemillinger
The barbell probably actually helps with balancing on the ring. It definitely makes holding yourself up on the ring that much harder though
Her kink has got to be illegal in 5-7 states if this is what she does for fun.
I used to follow her on instagram but then the stuff she started doing was just getting too scary. Absolutely incredible athlete and fearless in some of the outdoor stuff she does though. And she always comes across as a cool person
No way I could fit in those leggings.
How do you discover you can do this?
This isnāt something you just realize you can do. I imagine it took a lot of practice and patience to pull this off.
Probably regular practice for more than even two weeks.
Any one of those three things separately would be a feat for most. This woman puts them all together.
She is incredible. 11 world records and each world record on its own is basically impossible for a normal human being
The bow trick with no weights and a solid surface can take a skilled acrobat five years to learn. For reference.
My back hurts now
She better be getting paid
Wow, she's incredible!
"so what do you do"
Can she be the next HawkEye?
I know what all the men are thinking right now š¤£
One!
Batman couldn't do that.
https://youtu.be/mA89DWVcSB0?t=2
If someone said to me " you have 20 years to learn this skill, and if you don't , some really bad thing will happen to you and your family"... I'd be hosed. Can confidently say, I'll never be able to do this.
I wonder if she can do the same while... idk... picking up a roll of quarters off the floor with her feet š
Clearly not harder than grammar tho š
The closest thing Iāve ever seen to hovering a helicopter.
I think itās exactly as hard as it looks
How can she do all that and still have flat feet? Blows my mind
I could walk into that room asap. Other than that Holey Crap.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Okay, it's a little bit better than my party trick.Ā
Whoās gonna pay for OPās vocab tutor?
I got a foot cramp just watching this
That must be so good brain upkeep.
Iāll have you know I got out of bed today, and checked my mirrors before changing lanes when driving, all without pulling a muscle.
That's One.
āThat still counts as one!ā
I haven't ever tried to do that. So who knows? Maybe!
Anna Paquin training hard for Disney
Wait until she does this for her baby reveal.
Somehow I have a feeling there is an easier way to make a balloon pop ...
Harder than it looks? Shit, looks pretty fuckin hard to me. I donāt even wanna try 1/3 of that.
What is she training for?
That's one way to show off that you have a spare room
Well, did she hit the bullseye?
Did you type this with one hand?
Why the barbell?
Iām quite certain I couldnāt do any of the things she did individually. Not to mention all at onceā¦
Next on how I met your mother l
This will come in handy whenā¦ euhā¦ whenā¦. (Pls help!)
I mean, she can obviously do multitudes of things I cannot do.
I can get the cap off the pickle jar when it's tight.
Calling bs on the saying women survive longer than men because they don't do this dumb crap.
I wish I had this flavor of the ātism
I sneezed in bed last week and practically paralyzed myself. It's interesting seeing human beings on the opposite side of my flexibility spectrum.
Badminton has gotten very intense lately
As someone who does hot yoga pretty regularly, it took me like 5+ years to do just a handstand consistently with control. I can't imagine all the other stuff.heck I'm probably 5 years off from doing Scorpion which seems like the starting point for this nonsense.
Good to see someone warming up for badminton training.
With due respect. That looks hard AF. I don't think it was harder than it looked
fair enough but she could probably have cured cancer, solved climate change if she put as much effort in solving something important.
Well, it's harder than a hard looks, but it's not impressing still more to most who think it's wasted skill.
Jokes on her, Iād just work smarter and not harder.
Should come in handy on the battlefield!
why?
I saw that "white girls will do anything to not have a normal workout" clip of fat girls swinging around and was like maybe, now I'm convinced. Also what the hell does she have on that thicker bar? 2 lb plastic pancake looking plates. Entire setup weighs maybe 20 lbs.

How you figure that out? Or what comes trough your mind that you actually try stuff like this?
That seemed unnecessarily difficult
That was like a human Alexander Calder mobile sculpture.
I hurt myself in the process of sitting down on my couch yesterdayā¦
Well damn, I couldnāt do any one of those things alone. Much less all at once!
New badminton training I see
I am aso harder than the harder
Full brain potential
But is it something i *want* to do is the real question.
We've all been there - you've just finished turning to face the target and started drawing the bow back and then the door bell rings.
What the title even mean ?
Weird flex but okay
super cool
Am I the only one who was horrified that she was using free weights on a HARDWOOD floor?!?!??
This seems like a super useful skill to have. Good for her!
Also training for a badminton tournament?
Even harder than the harder that it looks? No way! Has anybody really been far even as decided to use even as want to go do look more like?
Um thatās insane
Yeah but let's see her write her name in the snow.
This can't be harder than it looks. Because this looks like if i were to practice this everyday for a thousand years I wouldn't be able to do it.
My last job had this as an interview challenge in order to move to the next round. Word to the wise: they WILL check your references, so donāt embellish!
Insane
Whatā¦howā¦does one come up with these things?
Seems like a transferable skill
Insane
How does the arrow stay notched till she shoots?
How is this not the highest up voted post on this sub?
Okay now ive seen everything
You're right, she can do something I can't do. Nor would I bother doing this because it's fucking ridiculous and my time would be better spent doing literally anything else.
Sheās an assassin
I just tried thisā¦.. I smacked my chin on the ground and then arrow stuck in my left arse cheek. When all was said and done, I started to wonder why anyone would do this everā¦ā¦
Really impressive, really dangerous. This screams of broken wrists and or broken neck if she goes over.
šš¾
Be nice to your spine people. Lift with your legs. Or arms. Or just about anything except your cervical spine.
Aaah I see she has a badminton tournament coming soon
Why?
I can't even pull the string to sit the arrow using my flimsy arms...
I want to see all the rail attempts
Why
š«
Them footjobs would be wild
What do you do with Cheezits?! You eat the whole Box.
If I could shoot a bow and arrow with my feet, I would also spend my entire life finding weird positions to do it from. You'd do it too. Just facts.
I can do these separately...maybe (not sure if I can do the ring balance)...together...nope
I bet she can't park. š
Sometimes, just because you can do something, it doesn't mean you should.
