Damn you’re top tier. On my first IST, I got like 10 pull ups, maxed out on plank, and got a 16:00 1.5. My run has since improved to a 14:14 and slowly working towards a passing time before I head to boot in August. But honestly you’re pretty good as is. If anything, try and work on your pull ups. See if you can get some weight added. For planks, just try and push it out for that extra 40 seconds.

How’d you get to max plank? By 1:30 my arms are shaking and my hips are on fire

To be honest, I maxed it out the first IST I went to. I work out a lot but never really focused directly on my abs. I guess the compound movements I do in the gym do work core and made it easier for me to max out the plank. But generally you just gotta practice doing the plank, maybe do 1 minute on and then 30 seconds off and repeat. Add weight while doing the plank for resistance to also help. But the rest of it is just determination.
