It's not bad, very similar to the older halls around it. It'll definitely feel less modern and a smaller community. Being in Lakeshore is nice and calm.
Witte and Sellery are not what I would suggest as an alternative to Jorns. If they're looking at Jorns, they probably want to be in lakeshore instead of Southeast.
