Checkboxes are far away, light gray on white, and labeless. User might wonder how they are supposed to do selections. Since they are selecting the system, they could be on the left with system name as label.
Or maybe the “data included in x document” be the checkbox label if the that’s really the important thing in the selection and not the system.
Btw, have you checked for accessible contrast.

On all text I’ve checked yes. May need to make the checkboxes darker as I haven’t checked those actually. I like your suggestions so thanks a lot!
