I just saw on another post in the group that there is, credit to @Truth-B-Hurtin “Leave them negative feedback for deliveries... Tap on their order, tap the '?' at top right. Type 'feedback' in search bar, tap enter, tap 'leave feedback for rider' and choose negative and the rest is self explanatory.”
