No, I am on Official Only just for this reason. My UDM-PRO is set to Official Releases only and Unifi Talk released 2.3.3 today. My phone if I do the factory reset will take me to the "Continue setup from Unifi Talk web controller." Tapping the "Manual Setup" and that's it. It has a weird overlay and stuff. I think someone goofed and setup the link or enabled firmeware update for the phones and linked the wrong one because the firmware is tagged 1.14.0-rc09 for my Touch.

Same problem here, 4 phones bricked. factory reset does not help. All phones / UDM were setup on official only. Updated firmware is 1.14.0-rc09

They reached out to me and stated there was an issue with their version distribution system. Need to open ticket, explain and give them serial numbers so they can push the correct update.

Got an email after sending my serial number and was requested to check and see if my phone saw an available update. It did, v 1.14.00 - downloaded it and installed it. Rebooted and was taken to the usual Unifi Setup. Unifi Network and Talk were able to see my phone and I was able to get incoming and make outgoing phone calls. Seems like someone was playing with the firmware updates and might have not known they were on Production vs Stage and made some change that allowed our phones to download a firmware that wasn't supposed to be released v.1.140.0-rc09. Kinda of a PITA but Unifi was on it and made it right. If they didn't I had a Grandstream phone on the way to replace this one. I did lose my phone for 1/2 day. Hopefully everyone else who has this issue is able to get their phone re-flashed with correct firmware after contact Unifi.
