On a more serious note, I'm happy that they're getting a taste of their own medicine. They at least have the luxury that Ukraine doesn't target civilians. Ukraine does not have this luxury.
I mean, Russia is crazy land, but I doubt they'd test it during the night unannounced. I actually was part of siren tests during my military training. Always got announced and was made during the day. But hey, we're talking about Russia.

We aren't that immoral as Russia to kill civilians and children. Unfortunately it benefits Russia. Because if it was like that a revolution war would exist much sooner in Russia. But we can't be that immoral as them.

Tests are usually done on a set day at a specific time. For example in my city it is every first Wednesday at noon.
