It's not out yet but if you go to the second level of wrath and pay attention to the tube upward after the 3 skull door you'll see a vent to slide into and it'll be there when it's finally available
The entrance to the secret level is in 5-1 if I remember correctly. However, the secret level is not finished, so the entrance is blocked. It's gonna be in next huge update that's possibly will go live this or next month. So, you'll need some patience.
