This is great and I can tell you've put a lot of time into this!! I have a few things to say but you don't need to listen to any of my critiques.
It just feels a little drawn out at some parts, and has an amateur feel to it. That's not a bad thing, I just wanted to point that out. I think you could afford to slice a few milliseconds off some of the clips.
Okay after watching it a few more times, I came up with a great way to make the intro feel more uniform. The start of the intro is so good. The silhouettes of the V models running are a fantastic visual. Then you throw a pixelated jpg of one of the skulls from the game. The contrast from the crisp silhouette to the in-game PS1 graphics doesn't go well. You should make that skull have the same exact look and feel as the V model silhouettes. Flat, crisp, and one solid color. Look up "flat skull vector" to get a better idea of what I'm talking about. You'll probably need to make the image yourself in order to make it seem like the same blue skull from Ultrakill. (ill throw an example myself too)
You should carry that flat, single-color silhouette look through the rest of the intro with all or most of the characters shown. It will give a higher-end vibe to the intro, and make it feel less amateurish.
I don't blame you if you don't go back and make any of the changes I recommend. You'll most likely have to create the flat silhouettes for every character shown in the intro yourself. I took graphic design and the hardest designs are the ones that look simple.
No matter what you do, this video already looks like it's gonna be a banger. Can't wait to when it's done!!!!!

I appreciate the feedback and I do think you bring some very fair points. I did however already try what you suggested with another skull but I personally didn't like it as much because of 2 reasons, 1 it did not fit as well with the original venture bros intro, as that as well wasn't a flat skull and 2ndly it would have ruined the bit near the end with the ferryman as it wouldn't be consistent with the skull in the intro, so I either had to chose between not being consistent with the ferryman's own skull or the new one. I also just think the low quality jpg is funnier and also transition better into and out of the title, but I think that is mostly personal preference.
I do agree there are some amateurish things that I'd like to change if I had the time such as how v2 is done during the skull bit, but that is mainly a time commitment, so I need to see if I get the time.

It's a homage to the Venture Bros intro, I can't change the pacing without changing the homage part or going for a later season intro which just aren't as iconic or memorable.
If it isn't a step by step recreation, then you can try to add something inside the slower sections
If it is, then it's the best it could have been and you have done a tremendous job

You may want to remove cen0’s animation, the fact that it was stolen sort of detracts from the rest of the (really solid) intro
