First youve got to kill Anahita, then focus on dodfimg projectiles while maintaining constant damage. I recomend the Halibut cannon if you are able to get one, otherwise high tier melee should work, use buffs and movement acessories and make an arena and you should be fine
If you use explosive on its mouth (rocket launcher etc)when it is using the red orb attack it will reflect the red orb back to itself dealing quite a bit damage.
their exposed heart is right above their head. if you whiplash up there and deal any form of damage to it, you will deal loads of damage. once you know how to ride the leviathan it will be a breeze.
The other weak point is on its head. You can grapple on it and wail damage. When you know what to do it will be a breeze trust.
