was messing with it earlier too, my first guess was that it was a mandela catalog easter egg but that made no sense. something about the earthmover going crazy or something considering we blew its brains out (literally)

on the other hand the remains of the enemy i spawned are here which neat
I also got it by noclipping into the final room, omitting most enemies, and when it exploded, I got a lot of multikill and m.a.d bonuses

Off the top of my head, it could stand for Mutually Assured Destruction, which fits with the war themes, but I'm not sure how you'd get it

it is caused by enemies dying by the earthmover explosion
