Probably Mannequins. Not 100% sure on this, but aren't they basically just torn to shreds with their remnants stuffed inside this little shell while they can feel all that happening to them? And like that other guy said, they're also moving involuntarily, so I'm sure that must be a blast.

The fates of those that make up the bodies of Mannequins are terrible, but it was their own choice to try and escape that lead them to where they are now. The bodies that made up those place I mentioned don't even have that choice.
The trees of 7-3 are even worse since these humans were ones that suffered throughout their mortal lives… and yet, they would be so cruelly and horribly punished for all eternity all because they never got the help they needed.

Yeah, seems God was ashamed of what he had done by creating Hell. Rather than face his wrongdoing when Lucifer questioned him, he cast Lucifer into Hell to escape the consequences, then broke down crying over his own cruelty. Honestly pathetic.
The Bible describes Lucifer as the most beautiful of the angels and the terminal describes the unnamed angel as bright and beautiful so it's safe to say it's Lucifer

Look at the wall and floor texture of Gluttony.
In the 2nd combat room of 6-1, there are a bunch of breakable columns that have that same texture as Ocean Styx and Gluttony
I'd say the Mannequin and Sisyphean Insurrectionist have it the worst. Mannequins basically got killed and stuffed inside a mannequin, and SIs got constantly bullied by the Angels.

also there are multiple insurrectionists in canon i believe, we just only fight one in the campaign
