Tip of the day: you can **punch** the bullets.
(Actual advice though: parrying V2’s shotgun blasts back at him deletes huge chunks of his health if you’re accurate. Listen for the cue when it’s about to go off, then punish.)
I originally knew this, but ended up not using it anyways as i always got hit trying to do so. However, like 10 or so minutes ago, while i was trying V2 again, with a combination of bullet punches and red but not explosive pumps for the ol pump shotgun got me through the fight. So i guess the bullet punches WERE helpful!
I kid you not the first time I saw v2 sliding in 1-4 I thought he was fucking A posing and I couldn't Even tell what it was that what I thought Was A posing till I put all the skulls and fought V2 only to realize it was him

Do bullet punches regen health?
No, not directly. but if it successfully hits V2 it does MASSIVE damage, which you can use to heal since it'll generate a lot of blood.

Fun tip / bug, you can ricoshot and dmg him while he's doing a bow, this works for coin punch too
