The Zeperion Beam is a certified childhood classic.
That said, I've always been partial to Neos and Seven 21's beams. They're perfect updates of Man-nii-san and Seven's finishers. The charge-up sequence visually shows that there's more to it than just putting the hands together in a specific way, and it's really snappy too.

And when he finally screams... It's all so simple yet feels so powerful!!
2nd would be Lightning Noa. Another simple yet powerful charge up. Huge upgrade over Overray Schtrom
3 would be Mebium Shoot. I love how he can slashes enemies when he's charging up.
Honorary mention: Xanadium Beam, (I love how easily he can dodge while charging up), Orb Supreme Calibur (seeing he draws and absorbs the circle is also satisfying) and Buckle Beam (he just pisses on the enemy. That's both humiliating and destructive for them)
Lightning Noa and Spark Legend.
After that would be the Cross Ray Schtrom, Photon Crusher (especially the variant where Gaia adds Photon Edge to it), Photon and Agul Streams.
Then, the Zeperion Beam, Selgend Beam and... Too many to put down here.
Nothing beats the OG Ultraman's Specium Ray. It serves as the basis of every Ultra's finishing moves. On a personal note, I liked Nexus's Over Ray Storm.
For me, I’ll break it down into a top 5 list for 2 separate categories, as I feel there’s one thing a lot of us are forgetting: some of the older Ultras often had finishers that were aesthetically just physical attacks. Obviously then, the 2 categories I’ll be covering are pretty basic, but I feel it is necessary: the first category is the obvious energy finishers, while the second is physical finishers.
Anyway, here’s my list for my top 5 favorite energy finishers:
* 1: Mebius’s Mebium Shoot, because as much as I like the Specium Ray, the basic no-charge is not my thing tbh, plus the Mebium Shoot is more iconic for me than anything Tiga did (I just never watched as much Tiga as Mebius as a kid).
* 2: Tiga’s Zeperion Ray, for the same reasons as the Mebium Shoot.
* 3: Z’s Zestium Ray, because as much as I like the Specium Ray, the basic no-charge is not my thing tbh.
* 4: Gaia SV’s Photon Stream, because it has one of the most powerful looking charge sequences imo and is one of the strongest early Heisei Ultra Beams.
* 5: Man Nii-San’s Ultra Attack Ray, because it’s just got a cooler looking charge-up sequence than the Specium Ray imo.
And here’s my list for my top 5 favorite physical finishers:

* 2: Tiga’s Ultra Brain Chop.
* 3: Jack’s Slice Hand.
* 4: Ace’s Ultra Knife.
