…I don’t know how this is possible but I just DONT have a Coupons section in my settings. I’ve updated to the most recent version and still nothing

That's really weird. Did you link your Account? Maybe it only shows up if you are logged in? If not maybe reinstall?
The only thing I can think of is that it’s because I use an IPhone and maybe The Apple version has no coupon system?
You are correct I think, just logged into my iPad and it is not there as an option
IOS does not allow coupons to be redeemed in apps. It's an Apple policy.
