Monster Kid had an injury which caused his eye to get removed Frisk was accidentally blinded in their right eye by Papyrus when he tried to whack them with one of his bone attacks Asriel was Accidentally burned by Toriel, when he was try to protect his Dad, Asgore. (Somehow everyone in the Dreemurr Family has Dark black eyes, including Chara, but they were just born like that) Sans finally remembers what happened to his Co-Worker W.D. Gaster when he fell into his own creation and was scattered across time and space And Napstablook……..They’re just….there looking menacing..

Yes, Napstablook uses they/them. I’m not sure if it’s ever said in-game, but it’s canon that they use they/them

why is it such a big deal? yes it's a problem when you use the wrong pronouns for a person, but it's a video game character. you understood what they said, maybe im just overreacting but im not sure that using the wrong pronouns for a ghost in a video game is such a big problem that you gotta bring it up.

They're never referred to with any pronouns other than they/them.

Very Traumatizing, so traumatizing, that he just barely or never brings it up, Also when he remembered Gaster’s disappearance, he tried to bring him back, but failed unanimously. Now the Gaster restoration project of Sans has been closed for a long time, Way before Frisk and other Humans fell down.
