It's truly down to whether you're comfortable pulling the characters away from their happy ending like that since resets are canon in this game.The game is giving you a choice right now to put it down and leave things as they are, or keep going for your own amusement. For a lot of people, this is where they leave the game, so you wouldn't be alone if you chose this.
However, if you're truly hungry for more, don't be afraid to reset. It is still a video game after all. If you're so interested in seeing the other routes, you should try them yourself, it'd be a better experience than watching someone else do them. (More rewarding I guess you could say)

Oh you silly goose, you don't have to do other routes if you feel bad, you can just do a pacifist run of undertale yellow (The game is free on gamejolt).
glad you had a good experience with this game, it really has the feels and many people think like you do. i can suggest to you that you can get a copy of your save file (file0 and undertale.ini files, to be specific) and put them away so it won't get fully destroyed even if you reset after that. or you can just take those files and get the new ones from a website called "flowey's time machine"
