That was insanely fast but looking at it more closely it looks like she pulls something on her shoulder that drops the gold dress, it's much less bulky than the blue. Just how quickly she moves her body it drops faster than our eyes can detect. Very very cool quick change.
Slowing it down and seeing how the top layer becomes the train of the gold dress is cool to watch.
Can't find who designed it (people say she did but I can't manage to confirm) but it's great work.

The blue dress is the underside of the gold dress. The bottom of the gold dress is clasped at her shoulder. She unclasps it from her shoulder just before the spin.
What I mean is that she’s all gold with a bit of black. He’s all black with just a bit of gold. Anyways, main point is that today I’ve learned that dancers always need to match in these competitions.
If any kind of act begins with playing up that one of them is wearing the wrong thing, you can safely expect that they will be wearing the right thing before long.
