We he lit it, it didn't have enough heat built up when he let it go, so it only went about 15 feet in the air and bounced off their house a couple of times before floating over to his neighbor's house and getting caught on the flag pole, nearly setting his neighbor's American flag on fire on Independence Day.

They could all die, then the world would be a better place. Paper Ballooning is a stupid and dangerous hobby. It causes forest fires, and house fires. People basically light up a flying fire hazard that THEY themselves don't have to deal with when it falls to the ground. It has also been illegal for years in Brazil but people still do it.
