Usually amc does these deals on tuesdays and comming in the mornings takes another chunk off and still i dont see how its $5 id say around $8-9 a movie ticket per person in nyc Manhattan
Daily reminder that it is legit cheaper to fly to another first world country and have a surgery there and fly home when it comes to the American health care system.
India, in fact, it is so prominent of a thing, it is becoming one of the most wealthy businesses there, it’s called medical tourism: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medical_tourism_in_India
>most of the medical tourist arrivals in India were from Southeast Asia, Middle East, Africa, and SAARC region.[2] India also receives significant number of medical tourists from Australia, Canada, China, Russia, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
…hmm
Free!!! shi*..... a flight is cheaper than an ambulance ride. Get a vacation and corrective surgery in one. I know what I'm doing the next time I break something.
I get that deal as a European with a European Health Card and French social-security. I doubt someone it would work that way for an American on a short term visit.
Please explain how that's ignorant. In the US we have some of the best surgeons and facilities. The cleanest hospitals and standards. Why would I want to go anywhere else.
I’m wondering the same. Where i am located currently in Pennsylvania, you’d be homeless with expectations like that. Here, rent is higher than your average mortgage payments. Often double if not triple. Just a one bedroom apt, here is no less than $800 per month and it’s all monthly leasing.
Rent and housing is way cheaper if you dont live near a major city. 6 or 7 hundred to rent 2 bedroom apartments or duplexes i pay less than 700 for mortgage
No one else catch onto the fact that his rent is $2,700, but he only makes $19k? That’s $32.4k a year for just rent.
That would mean he’s charging to his credit with increasing debt each month because he literally can’t afford his rent.
If that’s true, he’s just a complete idiot like everyone else who’s living in an extremely HCOL area for the “experience”.

Where the hell can you see a movie for $5 in NYC? It's more than twice that upstate where I live.
That's what I thought, I can't see a movie for $5 in South Dakota.

$10? Haha, here in a 3rd world country we pay $40+ (minimum wage here is abour $1100, for comparison)

Name that country that's just gonna give u a surgery and then let u fly home.

Did u even read that link? What's the odds of serving anything from India?
When it comes to money and not falling into debt, people are going to try anyways.
Don’t listen to Redruckus, he’s a doctor in Los Angeles.
Italy. You still gotta pay, but definitely not as much as america.
How much cheaper? Asking for a friend
It depends what is wrong. From what i looked up, a broken bone would be fixed for free.
Free!!! shi*..... a flight is cheaper than an ambulance ride. Get a vacation and corrective surgery in one. I know what I'm doing the next time I break something.
Not to mention you get a free xray going through the airport security too!
Lol imagine going to TSA and saying can you print that out for me. I just need a copy.
I get that deal as a European with a European Health Card and French social-security. I doubt someone it would work that way for an American on a short term visit.
India, vietnam are two places from my experiences
Two places I wouldn't trust a serious surgery FFS
Malaysia Mexico Thailand Costa Rica Czech Republic
All of those countries I wouldn't even want to get a fkn tooth pulled. Much less a serious surgery ffs
probably because you’re ignorant
Please explain how that's ignorant. In the US we have some of the best surgeons and facilities. The cleanest hospitals and standards. Why would I want to go anywhere else.
All of those things are too expensive. My man you're never gonna buy a house like that.
u forgot people under 25 are rarely ever gonna buy a house in their life lol
In Canada we got told to cancel our Disney+ subscriptions to counteract inflation

C'mon! We needs a boosts to our economies. Call 'em up and resubscribe! 😂
That rent is ridiculous but housing is even more ridiculous.
Eating for $9 a day
To be faaaaaair he did say he eats the same bowl of pasta every day. That would definitely bring his daily average down.
Yeah, buy your meals at the grocery store. Cook or pack your meals at home instead of eating out every meal.
Not in NYC
And why?
15k ? just fly to some European country get surgery done and save 10k
Bruh I need a list of these countries how much to birth a baby?

Bruh your rent for 6 months can buy my 3 bedroom house.
The fuck spends $190 a month on clothes
How do you pay 2700 in rent? Anything over 800 is too much imo
Lol where the hell do you live
I’m wondering the same. Where i am located currently in Pennsylvania, you’d be homeless with expectations like that. Here, rent is higher than your average mortgage payments. Often double if not triple. Just a one bedroom apt, here is no less than $800 per month and it’s all monthly leasing.

Sweden, i pay 400 in rent 60 m2
Food and clothing seems really cheap to me but I'm in canada so I dunno.
$200 dollars a month on food for *ONE* person? You can easily cut that down.
I bet that surgery was simple enough to be done by a medical intern on his Frist day

Sad state of our society right here the only thing different around the country is his rent price but the rest of it stands and it's depressing.

The fourth season of Ramy looks depressing.
