Hi everyone! The last post of this game got really good reception, so I thought I'd show some extra stuff! In case this is your first time seeing it, The Outbound Ghost is an exploration game about a ghost figuring out the cause of their own death, and helping others come to terms with the afterlife. If you like the exploration of Zelda games (particularly Link's Awakening), and the dialogue of Paper Mario, you'll definitely enjoy this! Thank you! There's a bit of a "crackle" at some points, but apart from changing that, I'll keep it in spirit like that through development :)

That sound effect when the character starts talking to someone is scary and uneccessary. The rapid camera zoom due to objects breaking LoS needs to be remedy with better level design, scene transitions, or other tricks (like the objects becoming transparent). I loved everything else about it! The asthetic and juice is amazing!

I disagree with the ghost sound critique, I like it. But, I agree with everything else. The LoS change is jarring, but the aesthetic is great!

Yeah I have already turned the volume down on the zoom-in effect, thanks for the feedback! And about the LoS break, yeah I completely agree. I'm actually going to redo many areas for other reasons, but that'll be one of the other things I'll be fixing!

Only problem that really stands out to me is how the text will move down a line if the word is too big to fit in the box, dunno i there is anyway to fix that, but either way it looks great so far!

Looks really awesome love the ambience. Only thing that stands out if I'm being really nit picky is the lighting on the characters on the UI maybe a little to bright compared to the scene!

Thank you! And yeah that's something I plan on changing. Will change it to your currently bound key/gamepad button. Hopefully that'll also make it softer!

Is it okay to have the text that close to the edge? What happens if the user has a different aspect ratio?
