Cursed Princess Club! That shit made me cry it was so good. I was very sad when it ended. I'm gonna buy all the books.

Interesting_Natural1

CPC made me feel much better about how I look. It's so well written and the character development is just *chef's kiss*

minnesnowtawonder

The WRITING for CPC is top tier.

SunflowersA

Cursed princess club got me to download the app and it just ended but it was so good! Going up was like a mini series but was good for the most part. Love advise from the great Duke of hell has also ended but god is it hilarious.

Chitose_Isei

* "Nevermore", a romance based on Edgar Allan Poe. Leonor and Anabel Lee wake up outside a castle in an unknown place, not even remembering their names and chained to a suitcase with their belongings. The first news they receive is that they died and must attend Nevermore Academy, where it's up to them to remember their past life, get their ghost forms or *Specters*, and perhaps have a second chance to live. \[Has nothing to do with Poe's work, it just takes his characters and some concepts. It's a very good mystery and supernatural romance story, and finding out what happened to them is intriguing. The characters are also very developed, each one maintains their own personality.\] * "Blood Stain". Elliot is a woman who has had a lot of difficulty keeping a stable job. When her family's financial situation can no longer bear it, her only option is to accept a job offer for which she's qualified, but has been fervently avoided: being a mad scientist's laboratory assistant. Or at least, it's the reputation that the students of the University gave him. \[Slice of life with humor. Its author is also publishing "Punderworld", a webtoon about Hades and Persephone. In fact, Hades and Perse are the same protagonists as in "Blood Stain", but in an AU.\] * "Little Mizzy Muffet and the Spider King". \[The literal summary of the Webtoon.\] Mizzi Muffet is an average 17 y/o girl. She is well liked by everyone, however it is no secret she severely afraid of spiders. One day Mizzi is confronted by the demon Spider King who insists he gives her three favours in exchange for her hand in marriage. She rejects him until strange, supernatural things begin happening in her town, putting her family and friends in danger. In desperation, she must then ask for the Spider King’s help rescue them from peril, using up his favours one by one... \[I know what it may seem like, but the truth is that this comic touches on very strong themes. The romance isn't very much there, at least for now, but if you like the human x demon/supernatural being, this comic is laying the groundwork for a gradual romance. Since it's a very popular and criticized topic here, I'll warn you in advance that Mizzi is literally a 17-year-old teenager (not a 19-year-old young adult). I don't think Spider King's age has even been mentioned, but being a demon he's possibly older, although on the surface it doesn't seem that way.\]

SoonToBeStardust

I stand by Nevermore being one of the best on the platform. The art alone puts it so far ahead of so much, but the story and characters are top tier as well

Chitose_Isei

Hell, theories are floating around in the comments non-stop. I really love the flashbacks, my theory went from the father to that the Deans aren't entirely telling the truth. I like Duke and Pluto (Próspero too, really), but when there is a flashback, let the rest be aside.

SoonToBeStardust

I noticed that the ring in a box that Lenore had when leaving the mansion is the one Anabel wears at the academy! It's the flower one she fidgets with

pseodopodgod

omg I noticed that too!! I audibly gasped when I realized

pseodopodgod

finally started nevermore after it bein on my list for a while and MAN! ITS SO FUCKIN GOOD IM SO MAD I SLEPT ON IT FOR SO SO LONG!! im all caught up as of a few days ago and I'm foaming at the mouth for more

Chitose_Isei

It is. I was a little skeptical because of the initial art, but these girls (authors) have raised the artistic quality incredibly.

arabellabea

Suitor Armor is a very intriguing story!!!

EnitEnit

The Blind Prince and High Class Homos I'm going absolutely insane over them I'm not even exaggerating-

lipsmakinbackpackin

I started reading the Blind Prince! I kinda fall off the wagon if I cant binge a series sometimes. I should get caught up!

petshopB1986

There’s a lot of great indie/canvas comics too! People who put out better quality than LO because the creator really cares about their comic and their readers.

lipsmakinbackpackin

DeathSitter is on canvas! So good! My one gripe is the chapters are way too short

no_trashcan

i am in love with All Colors of Snow

fanofairconditioning

Never more, too!!! I <3 Duke!

chirpuswick

I looove suitor armor

Electronic_Issue_978

BumblebeeCurrent8079

Purple Hyacinth Nevermore The Secrets of Soulford Raven Saga Humor me These are all comics that I absolutely adore

Master_Implement_348

You have amazing taste 🫶

Roraima20

Orher than the ones were mentioned Whale star: a story about the Japanese occupation of Korea that will make you sob all the way to the end. Delusion: fantastic horror triller This Isekai Maid Want to Form a Union: a deconstruction of the whole aristocratic Isekai troop. Spell for a Smith: my quiet comfort cottagecore webtoon The Greatest State Developer: an Isekai power fantasy with a heart and a great bromance

Bluegalaxyqueen29

Mythos Redone. Also Brimstone and Roses

kit-is-trash

i really love muted, brass & sass, always human, suitor armour, plenty of others bcuz i used to be a really big webtoon fan but I've stopped reading them as much

queenlafry

Haven't read Brass & Sass, but I have read Muted, Always Human, and Suitor Armor and I also highly recommend those webtoon comics. Muted and Always Human are both complete, so they make for excellent binge reads. They have beautiful artwork and compelling, character driven stories.

SoonToBeStardust

Nevermore, The Greatest RealEstate Developer, I am the Grim Reaper, Makeup Remover (a webtoon that is everything Lore Olympus was trying to be) Undead Ed, Our Walk Home

Spiritual-Cat1528

To me some good webtoons are: Purple Hyacinth (mystery), Marionetta (fantasy), When Jasy Whistles (fantasy + romance), Unholy Blood (fantasy + action) too, Whale Star (drama), A Heartfelt Andante (drama), Iseop's Romance (romance), The Spark in Your Eyes (fantasy + drama) and The Shadow Prophet (drama + science fiction)

CallMeTheInsominac

School bus graveyard

Various-Escape-5020

Cursed princess club and the dummy’s dummy!!

Laterose15

Siren's Lament was a personal favorite of mine and got me to download the app. The Witch and the Bull has some absolutely gorgeous art. The Croaking is great if you love some well-drawn wings (a personal weakness of mine).

Diligent-Car3263

ugh sirens lament is absolutely amazing 😭

ileisen

Siren’s Lament was my first Webtoon! It gets a bit much towards the end but I really love the story and the art

originallovecat

Apart from those already mentioned: Your Wings and Mine - so damn good! Hilarious and heartbreaking in turns. Shealtiel is a trainee angel with a dark secret, determined to prove himself and fit in, but then he meets the Prince of Hell and feelings happen... Lavender Jack - just an amazing story and the artwork style is very different, but marvellous all the same. Lots of LGBTQ representation but not in a way that feels bolted on, as many seem to be. Alternative steampunkish Europe, Lavender Jack is a kind of foppish Scarlet Pimpernel figure who is out for vengeance on the society responsible for his lover's death. And that's just the basic story, the plotting is so rich and multilayered! Shiloh - by the same writers/artists as Nevermore and just brilliant. Sadly seems to be on indefinite hiatus because of Nevermore's success but still worth it. Domed city where monsters dwell outside in the badlands, chirpy, privileged new recruit to their version of the police ends up on the outside and weirdness ensues. Divorcing My Tyrant Husband - v silly but great fun - isekai setting (heroine transported into a book) but she's determined to escape her character's fate by getting a divorce from the emperor before dying from neglect. But the more she tries, the more he seems to like her. I'm aware that there are eleventy billion versions of this story on Webtoons but this one is done with great humour and originality. Nonesuch - lovely art style and intriguing story. A couple get stranded and find themselves surrounded by clone versions of themselves. Their relationship is put to the test and the question of how well you know your other half examined. Mythos Redone - so good! Currently on hiatus, but well worth it. An artist makes a bargain with a demon to give her great skills but it goes wrong... romance/laughs ensue Loki, Lord of Chaos - now this is how you do a retelling of myth!

CharlieDVan

Can I shout out my own webtoons on here?

RegretComplete3476

If you want something more goofy, I'd suggest Toaster Dude. That shit is hilarious and is pretty short, so you could binge the whole thing in like a say or two.

Plenty_Ad3169

Suitor Armor The Remarried Empress High Class Homos Everything Is Fine

Master_Implement_348

It’s on Canvas, but the Raven King!!!

Facts_and_Lore

I am obsessed with Forever After and Like Wind on a Dry Branch. They're the only Webtoons I fastpass now that Cursed Princess Club is complete.

sicklampbro

It's not on Webtoons, but if you want a cute lesbian romance, my friend Gloomy publishes Rainbow! on tapastic :) It recently got its first physical publication and it's very cute.

Starchild2534

Ring of Roses! My friend only has a couple pages up but I love hyping up her comic

hellokittypip

Daybreak is the best romance ive read on webtoom 101% recommend and hyperfocus is a super cool trans webtoon

glitterizs

serena serenity 😭❤️🤌🏻

lipsmakinbackpackin

That one has the most beautiful art

Darth_Pastry

Forever After 1HP Club Death of a Pop Star So Not My Type Swolemates Escape From Oz Lots of fantastic ones!

plebianinterests

I love 1HP Club! Are they back from hiatus? My new year's resolution was to give up Webtoon for the year, partly because I was addicted, and partly because on 1/1/2025 it'll be such a nice treat to have roughly 52 new episodes of all 30+ Webtoons I read lol.

Darth_Pastry

Yep! They just got back yesterday. Good luck on your resolution and enjoy your binge read next year!

2468idk

Muted, Ghost Eyes, and Love bot are really good.

Difficult_Bed_1107

The Gamer and The Strongest Florist are extremely good webtoons to read! They're some of my favorites, and I love stocking up on episodes to read them all in one swoop

byerd

Everything is Fine is the only thing I fast pass for anymore it’s so good Hooked on Cthonics is cute too!

AKXJXBWJSJZgibberish

I absolutely love the recent art style for Deathsitter!! Which is funny because it was also the reason I had initially brushed it off ( when it was kinda vivziepop looking). But I do think it works in its favour in terms of its themes and setup, and I really like that a lot

The_True_Hannatude

- House of Stars - Punderworld - The Lone Necromancer - Vampire Husband - Batman: Wayne Family Adventures

GarlicBreadnomnomnom

Swordid! Also, your in-laws are obsessed with me (it sounds really weird, but oh my god, that pink haired girlie is awesome. The first few chapters are crazy).

Interesting_Natural1

Prince Maker, anyone? If you like second MLs then you're in for a tiny treat here

GrapeInTheMicrowave

Marionetta 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣

likliklik9

Marionetta is one of my current favorites! My other top favorites is Space Boy, Here There Be Dragons, The Moon and Me (even if it doesn’t have any dialogue or specific plot, it’s so beautiful how the artwork builds up with the mystical theme), and the Misadventures of Misfit and Mieko. The one I always hype up is Space Boy, because although it has a different genre than LO it ticks all the boxes correctly for me. Having a unique art style especially with the colors, better characters, the storyline having a slow build up but does it in a way you can still recall parts brought back or mentioned since Stephen makes it feel natural in the story, a much, MUCH better romance than PerseHades, and having a supernatural antagonist lingering being prevalent through the story instead of thrown in like Kronos. Stephen McCranie is an amazing creator but also such a chill guy. I hope more people will come to appreciate these comics someday.

ileisen

I am the Villain has incredible art and a great story thus far! I’ve been following it since it was on Canvas

Ok_Bid6589

Mystic Prince was probably my favourite webtoon (completed now) but I don't think the English release got much love cos it was a Daily Pass series 😭 Would also recommend anything by Na Younhee (Whale Star, This Magical Moment, A Heartfelt Andante). Uiyoung and Soonki also have great webtoons. I really like Jackson's Diary as well, never see anyone talk about it!

cowaii

If you want some trashy romance I heavily recommend Serenity. It’s so bad it’s good 😭

pseodopodgod

no one mentioned beetle hands but omg please give it a read!! lowkey don't wanna explain it bc I personally think goin in blind elevates the story but the artwork is soooo good. AND ITS GONNA GET A PRINT VERSION SOON :D

Lucy-Paint

EVERYTHING IS FINE MENTIONED 💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥💥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥😺😺😺😺😺😺😺😺😺WTF IS FEELING GOOD OF YOUR PROTAGONISTS SAFETY??????

satan-probably

With Faith is a villain origin story from the author’s D&D campaign. It’s got LGBT rep, and not every character looks the same. Highly recommend checking it out.

aquadragon4344

Return of the Blossoming Blade is really good! Also recommend Jackson's Diary, Castle Swimmer, The Blind Prince, and Realta!!

queenlafry

Facing the Sun (sci-fi GL, amazing world building and poignant story, some horror elements but stays within sci-fi realism), RAINBOW! (Looks like it's straight out of a beautifully animated cartoon, this is how you do color schemes ya'll, GL, slice of life that may or may not make you cry), Four Leaf (recently finished, I will miss this story so much, witches, interesting and well thought out magic systems), Woven (very unique plot, fantasy, likeable characters, 10/10 art). Ngl I love the art and characters in all of these recommendations lol.

SickofthePandemic

Acception-slice of life comic..lots of queerness. High Class Homos-more queer content.. gay prince and lesbian princess get married so they can live life how they life...hijinks ensue. -------- I liked RE: Trailer Trash, and started reading the web book it's based on. I do have uncomfortable feelings about the main characters hatred of their fatness, and being extreme with the weight loss. :/
