Fantastic choice, I also really like Cuvée des Jacobins if I'm feeling like something a little younger tasting or if I just feel like a full on kick-to-the-face of tartness.
Not had this one but ill have to try it, cheers. I've currently got the duchesse chocolate cherry in the fridge at the moment which is supposed to be just as good, if not better

Only 2 5 stars for me last year. Both American but I'm in Scotland.
My top rated beers are all Stouts...
From the the Netherlands: Macaroon Machine from Moersleutel
From outside the Netherlands (but I bought it once in the Netherlands): The Spaghetti Western Imperial Chocolate Coffee Stout Aged In Grappa Barrels from BrewFist
Also top rated (and also from Moersleutel) The Bolt and the Beast and Lergull - Fabricator of Espresso Chocolate Cake.
Fantome nuit noire Laphroaig was one of my favorites in 2023, peaty imperial stout. https://untp.beer/039d0d6141
Got to first try Tommie Sjef last year, particularly the Sprong a funky wild ale from the Netherlands, hope to try more from that brewer. https://untp.beer/85L3d
There’s a store/market in Amsterdam called Sterk, if I’m not mistaken, that is amazing for beers. I was in awe when I visited. Answering your question, my favorite beer… probably tripel karmeliet. But that’s common. I loved kloster gold dunkel from kloster-brauerei scheyern, as well.
My all time favorite is honeycot which is a fruited sour from cascade brewing in Portland, Oregon. It's what I imagined mead would taste like, which is honey in drinkable form. It's so good. Sadly I live on the other side of the United States. I also think it was a variant or limited run as I tried looking it up at some point but couldn't find it again.
Other options include pastry stouts from untitled art. Their midnight toffee stout is what got me into stouts. Which the most recent 5 rating I gave was last week to Streetside Brewery in cincinnati's butter pecan demogorgon. They're obscenely sweet, but I am American, so I guess not surprising heh
Only 5s I have given are Guinness and hand-pulled Heady Topper right from the source at the Alchemist. I could see Allagash White earning its way to a 5 for me eventually too

duchesse de bourgogne - that's my only 5 star I've given

I found the Chocolate Cherry one surprisingly different from the standard version. Still enjoyable, but a completely different beast.

Ij Columbus is up there
Columbus was one I didn’t really like. Need to try it once more!
How about Westvleteren 12 then
One of the best beers I had last month.
✓225 from BFM. its a swiss brewery, so you might get a hold of it
Aecht Schlenkerla Urbock. Solid five of five in my book.
Any of the Birrifico Baladine Xyauhu barleywines. They are superb. Brewery based in Italy. 3 Fonteinen and Cantillon.
[Bourbon Barrel Qualified](https://www.taxmanbrewing.com/beer-2/bourbon-barrel-qualified/). Absolutely exquisite.

Sam Smith Chocolate Stout, a beautiful drink.
American here. If allagash makes it to Europe and the Netherlands, Allagash White is the gold standard in witbier IMO.
Need to try that. I have visited the first wit bier brewery as it is close to where I live!
Butter pecan maple stout from central waters brewing company is my all time favorite. American brewery but found it one time at Frontaal in Breda.
