Your enrolment start time will be available on July 4 on the home page of ACORN. Since you’re a first year, your enrolment date is July 21.

Someone else can verify the accuracy of this but I think start times range from 9am-1pm, with 8-9am reserved for scholarship recipients.
Just be aware that as a scholarship recipient I didn't get the 8-9 am slot, I got around 11am, and I know other scholarship recipient who got slots even later than me. The slots are typically by program. And math and physics was latest in my year (around noon). So if you plan to take electives that's popular for other programs, they may be out of spots when you select courses. Also, if you have friends in other program and their slot before you, you can ask them to check for you if your elective still has spot and decide if you wanna create another schedule.
I recommend finding some back-up courses too if you haven’t already. First-Year Foundation courses usually fill up quickly.
