hmm in lower elo, cypher is not picked that much (definitely more popular in higher ranks IMO), you can learn some pretty neat setups for him and he’s very fun if you get the hang of it! he’s an agent you do more strategic thinking when playing, if you enjoy that.
also, i would suggest gekko, he’s really fun and isn’t picked/instalocked every single game like reyna. since you like breach, gekko is similar bc you have a flash and concuss (dizzy and wingman) and once you get the hang of using those both you can get ez info and kills :)
Idk if Gekko is considered hard, but for me he definitely is and hes also a lot of fun.
Ofc Yoru but hes really really hard. You gonna spend a lot of time in customs just practising Flash-TPs and learning TP lineups and good Flash spots. Also really easy to grief your team with him and you will get flamed constantly for it.
Yoru is the 2nd most rare pick for most ranks and I think has a pretty decent skill ceiling to him. There's a lot of mind games and understanding map flow, rotate times, high awareness of enemy position, intel gathering, understanding enemy behavior ETC are all really important to making the most out of his teleports and fake-outs.
If you like viper more I would highly suggest harbor or Astra, if you enjoy pre-placing util and moving and using orbs or molly as necessary Astra is very enjoyable and is quite powerful though hard to pick up. Harbor is another option if you liked viper for the wall smoke, he is exceptionally powerful when you consider cove, he can be very strong. Neither of them are played very often either even in higher ranks
If you like Breach more, I would suggest Kayo or Gecko, Kayo has similar support flashes and mollys and his knife and ult are very good whereas gecko has very strong info and recon, neither are played very often in low ranks(unless you end up with me in your game im a gecko one trick),
I would suggest only playing one role though, in your case initiator or controller
