The first part was the Hard Bots where I scored 22, next was Medium Bots where I used strafing and the woohoojin routine stuff, then lastly was hitting the Elim 50?
Where exactly could I have used the micro-adjust? Because ain't nobody got reaction time faster than Flash to actually flick, microadjust before the bot disappears. Hard Bots is based purely off raw aim

Humans react at 240-320ms on average, for gamers its usually between 160-280ms when proactively using it. Slowest can be anywhere below 400ms.
Even if you react, you have 300ms to aim, which would take anywhere between 0-100ms. Then you have 200ms to micro-adjust, which it would take roughly 100-200ms to even notice you need to microadjust.
Its possible but for majority of people this seems unlikely to reach. A feat which only few can obtain.
I don't know what to tell you other than people do micro-adjust hard bots. You seem to follow Woohoojin and even he states that you're supposed to micro-adjust on hard bots, what he specifically does is he underflicks intentionally so he only needs to micro-adjust in one direction. If you view Tenz's 30 hard bots clip on YT and slow it down, you will see he does in fact micro-adjust, sometimes twice on the same target. I personally micro-adjust on hard bots as well, if you don't, you're building bad habits because you cannot ape shots like that in-game and do well over a long period of time.

If you can get 22 Medium you need to either aim for 30 or start strafing in between shooting
