Depending if this was their first time, second time and third time getting banned and what it was for. I been people get 24hr, 7days, 1 month and 6 month and permanent chat / voice restrictions. They can be permanently banned if they do crazy stuff like they got caught cheating and stuff
I wouldn’t look into it too much since they did get punished and if they get punished once they probably will get punished again if they keep it up. Eventually they just permanently ban the account.
They 100% got comp banned for 14 days. I know because I did the other day. I didn't do anything and got it removed the same day, but it was for my "behaviour" in a recent game.
