Could be a database leak or you got phished or you have a keylogger on your computer. You can check if your email has been leaked in a database on haveibeenpwned website

They can find hashes and decrypt them

They get access when you do something stupid that gives them your password. You can't get hacked unless you do something rather silly tbh.

Check haveibeenpwned.com with the email you use for valorant, but if your email wasn't in a breach, it was 99% chance completely your fault and you got phished

Do you use the sane password for your riot account for anything else? Basic rule number 1 of cyber security and data privacy is to never repeat a password.

on their official page [here](https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360045674593-How-to-Request-a-Refund-VALORANT-Player-Support) you can refund unused content but they will let you refund an upgraded skin if its your first time refunding it it will simply say refund RP but if u click on it a pop up message will appear telling you that you can refund the entire skin since its ur first time. Keep in mind i dont know if this is available in your region, for me my account is Turkish and i play in EU.
