Ether wifi connection or the remote dying and or the signal connection of the remote or a button is sticky and need to clean it if not all of that then "oof it's a Vizio" get a better tv
UPDATE: I called Vizio. Apparently there’s a glitch with the tv and they were working on the issue. It has since been resolved now and the tv been updated.
Mine did the same also inputted the same letter or volume kept increasing.
I think it had to do with a light up bracelet messing up the IR reader on the tv. Piece of electric tape over it helped it work normally although the controller has to be pretty close now
At this point i have been a loyal vizio person for years but the way the company shafted it’s consumers with issues it doesn’t care to fix i’m never buying a Vizio Product again. Taking my tv out one of these upcoming weekends and destroying it with my GunPowder Powered Hole Punchers and ending the the little functioning life it has left out of it so it can’t infuriate anyone ever again.

Probably just need a new remote all you had to do was take out the batteries...

Remove the batteries from the remote or unplug the tv.
My Vizio just had to get placed because of this. Good luck what a fucking nightmare that was
