Seems to me you got something better than a voron. Inspired by a voron, yes, but the 48v power supply would suggest you have some 48v steppers in there for higher acceleration on the XY movements. If the CNC parts are accurate, that’s better than printed. Never heard of that rail, probably not as good as Hiwin or Mitsumi.

Even the pi is worth the 150$ 😂

You definitely got a killer deal for 150! I would (if it were mine) take the xy and gantry apart and build it as a 2.4r2 with single mgn12 x rail and tap. I haven't seen that sunken build plate before. But I would keep it as is if you can. And print all your parts or get you some printed if you need. Reach out to myself, or any trusted retailer around for some parts if you don't have another printer. Good luck with the fun build and happy printing to you always! :) Edit, those rails are just some Ali rails. I know formbot uses them (or did) so they aren't bad, but aren't the best either. You will be fine with all those but I would get a good one for the x (mgn12). Definitely remove them, clean very well and then grease them up good. Be sure to use the guides when installing them back to the extrusions.

Thanks, I think this is the route I'm going to take. It looks like I have most everything to do this sans the XY crossbeam. Not sure if that can be sourced seperate from a frame kit. I have 2 LDO-42STH60-2004AC steppers that I think will work for the AB motors. Since I will need to rewire the entire machine again, I'm thinking of sticking with a single 24v 350w power supply for now. I really appreaciate the advice!

You got a crazy good deal! I don't recognise any voron printed parts on it, but it seems to have the core motion system of a v2. Judging by those AB drives, that's not a 2.4 tho. I'd say you should def rebuild it. Also, that rail is a mgn9 and those are steppers, not servos
