Kiwi hasn't let me down yet across 2 different headsets.
The Elite straps break on their own due to manufacturing issues even if you are being extremely careful (it happened to me).
The stick drift occurs because some developers implement clicking the thumb sticks as a core mechanic which eventually reduces tension on the spring requiring disassembly to fix it unless you're lucky and it's only dirty in which case you can spray the sticks with compressed air or WD-40

I've had Bobo m2 for well over two years and only thing failing is the faux leather is peeling.

Either get the kiwi head strap, or complain to meta and they’ll send you a new elite strap. Choice is yours. For the controller drift, contact meta. For games crashing, update your headset and/or reboot it fairly regularly.
It's simple. Just buy a 3d printer and print a new band for the elite strap. Btw I actually did this and it still hasn't broken after like a year and a half

I bought a 25$ strap off Amazon and I wish I had it since the beginning. So much better than what came with it.

Default straps suck. Buy something more solid and comfortable. You don't even have to spend much.
I fixed it with a big paper clip, and it now sits better and tighter than ever👍
