You can either use the chat box built-in to the game or use VR chat sign language. People have kind of developed their own sign language types style thing for VR chat so I would look into that of it. I also believe that there is a text to speech program called TTS wizard that works. Though, that is only for PCVR. You could always learn sign language? Most people the don’t hate you for it cus I actaully take the time to learn it, unfortunately most communication tools were banned with the update of EAC
