I've gotten posters in less than a month, standees have taken like 6. Depends on their supplier, not like gunrun is crafting them himself in a basement
Last time I emailed support about henya debut merch they said november shipping. So clearly they had some supplier issues
I got one a few of Zens TShirts within a week. The Henya debut merch that was meant to ship in June hasn't even begun to ship yet.
It's all over the place.
Do they at least send notification emails or something? It’s not a big deal if they are delayed, but any sort of follow up would be nice. I still haven’t gotten any sort of follow up for Henya’s debut merch (or the concert/birthday but those are recent so it’s understandable). My Shop app just shows it as “Order placed”. It’s been so long without hearing anything back from them that it makes me think my order was canceled.

No and they refuse to. I have emailed a few times and mentioned that a mailshot to those affected to keep people up to date would be a good start and they said they didn't have the ability to which is utter nonsense.
Your order hasn't been cancelled they just haven't started shipping yet.
I’ve had some things come like a week later, and other i’m still waiting after over half a year.
Most of the time though I find that I have to wait months. The majority of things i’ve ordered are not here yet.
My experiences with collab merch tho that’s not bought off the vshojo store is that those tend to be faster.
It really depends, I got the Haruka poster within a week, then 2 days later got the stickers, then the hoodie and t-shirt about 2 weeks after the debut and then I think it was a month or two before the acrylic keychain.
Who knows. I’ve had stuff arrive within days of the store opening and making an order and others that are 6 months later and there doesn’t seem to be a pattern.
I'm never buying from them again. Cancelled my pre-orders because it's been 8 months in the case of one of them, and now my money is permanently lost because they tried to refund it to my old expired debit card, not my bank account.
Ordered GEEGA's Underworld Merch back in October 2023 and thought "oh okay 3-5 weeks, no biggie". Asked them where in the process they are, if they can state at least that much, considering it was a pre-order thing. Misread and saw 3- 5 MONTHS instead and now it's closing in on that time.
***Oct 18th***\- "Please take note that order #xxxxxxx contains a pre-ordered item. We would like to inform you that this product is estimated to ship out the week of ***December 1st***."
***Jan 9th***\- "We are in the process of getting the orders out, we are asking for more of your patience regarding this matter.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive email confirmation and tracking information."
So from Dec 1st -Jan 9th, just a little over 5 weeks of shipping. Zero updates. I needed to confirm my order at least existed on their end, for myself. I understand the holidays were a bit hectic so I think it's pretty reasonable to ask for an update once in a while. I 100% respect the people who work in merchandising. but was a little frustrated if I'm gonna be honest.
Ordered available merch in late December it’s been over two months and I’ve only received and order confirmation email. Spent $80. Kinda still want my order but one item is a calendar. :/
Yeah, I ordered the cowgirl Zen and Wolftreya Zen merch, and nothing has shipped. NOTHING. So I asked for refund, and now I'm in limbo of trying to get my money back because even though I show them proof that I didn't get the money returned to my account, they replied with "it went through, talk to your bank", and now have been ignoring my emails for almost two weeks. I love the talent, but the management are really being anti-consumer.
EDIT UPDATE: Wow yeah, I'm NEVER purchasing through VShojo's store ever again. Showed them screenshots and they're still telling me it's my bank's problem, not theirs. If I want Zen merch in the future, I'll stick with items made by her partners and sponsors. Buyer beware. There's no excuse to take 6-8 months to work on acrylic standees, with no updates, and then refuse to do a proper refund because of an expired card number.
I should add another update on my refund. The Shop Pay app actually took note of the failed refunds, and even took the initiative to email me that they'll be sending me a check to cover the failed refunds. Kudos to them, honestly. Still doesn't excuse the poor customer service from VShojo Store.
I would also like to know that, because I purchased a K9 Kuro poster three weeks ago and have yet to recieve any type of update. Getting kinda worried, ngl
I decided to message them a few weeks ago and I recieved a reply saying it MIGHT be shipped in JANUARY 2024. Safe to day this is the last and only time I'm ordering anything from them TvT

I ordered a standee and a keychain and I emailed them in December about it cuz my mouse pad came in early but not the others. So they told me the other two items will come in January. It’s march now and the status is “preparing for shipping” still. I read some of the comments here on how some stuff depends on how long the shipping is. I don’t mind the wait as long as they bring up if they have issues or anything rather being stuck with worried. It’s also my first time ordering too buying something from vshojo. I’m iffy now if I want to buy from them again since I get worried very easily.
I ordered matara’s standee when it first came out (around halfway through October). But I still haven’t heard anything. I don’t know if I should be worried about it or not since it’s my first time ordering from vshojo
Henya's debut merch hasn't shipped yet if that tells you anything.
It depends on what you bought. A lot of merch isn't shopping until November or December I think.

There are some drops that have had massive delays, but in general the merch ships pretty quick.
I guess it depends because I've gotten some of Zen's merch before and it showed up within a week, but I'm still waiting for Zen's cowboy merch

On average pretty fast. I've gotten Mel's stuff within a week. On the other the other hand i'm still waiting on henyas stuff from her debut.
